Absolutely the best experience for procuring a holiday tree in the city. Easy to order online with a super-friendly staff that kept me in the loop about delivery times via text -- and even showed up early (they called first and asked if it was OK). Delivery and set up took less than ten minutes and the tree is absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend! read more

Tyler's Trees - All dressed up after a speedy delivery! - Christmas Trees Near Me - New York, New York

Why am I just discovering that in this fabulous city where everything delivers, you can get a Christmas tree delivered, too?! My life is infinitely better for this. Ordering online was painless- pick your tree size, decorated or not decorated, delivery date and 3-hour delivery frame... then pay and await the arrival! I found a promo code online so there was a nice discount on our order- definitely do a quick Google search before paying to see if you can get a deal. The day before delivery we got a email reminding us to clear space and explain how delivery timing would work. The delivery guy called 10 minutes before he arrived. He brought the tree in already in the stand, plopped it down in our desired location, asked for a quarter-gallon of water so it could drink up, since it had a fresh cut, and that was that! Entry to exit he was in our apartment for maybe 5 minutes and super nice. The tree is very symmetrical and has a really straight, tapered trunk that's perfect for putting a star on. Plus it smells great :) read more

Funny I never wrote a yelp review but TT knows that I love them. I have used their service for about 3 years, with this one being my 4th. Doesnt get any easier to order your tree, along with any extras, wait for their heads up prior to arriving during the delivery window, and then watch them set up your fresh tree in a stand with a tree skirt. They now have an option to decorate for you but I think that takes away the fun for the kiddos. I will be using the removal service for the first time this year so I will update on that later. Worth every penny and the efficiently flawless service keeps me going back every year. read more

Wow! I am over the moon happy with the service & courteous service of the gentlemen and women from Tyler's Trees. I loved that they emailed me 20 minutes before delivery. I've used this company for a Xmas tree a few years ago and had a good experience. However, I stopped buying trees for my tiny apartment once I realized I could decorate way better by hanging garlands across my windows and doorways. I usually just find the garlands at a local street vendor. They are usually thick enough to wrap lights around and hang ornaments off of. I use them as a sort of ambient Xmas tree effect This year I moved to a larger apartment and realized I finally had space for a tree again, so of course I decided to use Tyler's Trees. My tree comes on Wednesday, so this review isn't for that. But I realized they were also selling garlands, and since I moved and don't know where the street vendors are yet in my new area, I decided to order some from them. Also, 25 feet of garland is usually quiet an arm full and can be tiring to carry home. I paid $50 for this garland, or should I say a few sticks wrapped together. It came today and it's so thin and anemic, I could use it like a frisbee. I could run a marathon while holding it above my head. Wrapped in a circle, I would assume it was maybe 3 feet of garland. I can't even bring myself to undo the circle it's wrapped in because it's the size of a small wreath as is and I just don't even want to see what it looks like unraveled if it's 25 feet long. It's just some twigs with pine needles on it. It takes a lot for me to be offended by costs and expenses these days as a long-time NYCer, but I am thoroughly offended that they sold this to me for $50. It's a tough year, and I was looking forward to decorating things. Thank you Tyler's Trees for taking $50 of my money for pretty much nothing. It's really brightened up my holiday cheer. read more

We used this service last Christmas and now that the holidays are rolling back around, I'm looking forward to working with them again! The entire process was super easy from payment to delivery and customer service was helpful when I had to change my appointment. When my tree arrived, the delivery person set everything up and offered to trim some areas so that it would fit in the space perfectly. The best part is that after you enjoy your tree for the season, they come back and remove it for you! They even swept up on their way out which was really sweet. Really great concept and seamless execution! read more

Tyler's trees is a godsend! My girl lives in a fifth floor walk-up in the Bronx. The last thing I or she wants to do is drag a tree up all those stairs. Much less have the trouble of shopping for the tree, strapping it to the car, and finding a parking place at either the tree place or in front of the apt. building. Tyler's does everything for you. They pick the tree, deliver it right into your home or apartment, set it up, and you can even arrange for them to come back, take it down, wrap it up and dispose of it afterward (a service well worth the extra cost). The trees are beautiful! No worries about getting a sad looking skimpy tree, they are quite full and top of the line. Although there is an extra deliver fee for outside Manhattan and an extra fee for disposal, overall the time and great deal of effort you save (especially if you live in a walk-up) the cost is not outrageous, and their service from ordering through disposal and their willingness to go out of their way to make the customer happy, makes this a bargain in my opinion. This is the third Christmas I have ordered from them, and each time my girl was thrilled by the tree. I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

Repeat customer here‍! I moved into my place in 2018 and looked for a place that could deliver trees since I live in a rather inconvenient location. I found Tyler's Trees and am so happy I did. I just had my third tree delivered and as usual, a friendly and courteous delivery duo, beautiful tree (already filling my small studio with the smell of Christmas) and a very convenient tree removal service as well. I plan to be a customer for as long as they are up and running and I am local and I appreciate the discount offered for repeat customers. Came in handy this year! I also love the new tracking to see precisely when they will arrive. This Virgo gal appreciates it. Thanks, guys! read more

great experience and product! i found Tyler's tree on yelp after last year i had an OK experience with other company that was also highly rated on yelp, so i wast sure what to expect but i hoped for good result. scheduling the delivery was easy and smooth, customer service from the office was very responsive and professional. i requested full service including decoration by one of theirs decorators, again the rep on the phone was easy to work with and schedule the decorator to come an hour after the delivery of the tree. delivery was smooth without any hassle and with cool guys, they prepare the tree and put it in the right place. the best thing is Josh the decorator! this guys is awesome hard worker with ton of patience , he took his time to make the tree look and feel great! josh was very polite and asked the right question to get the feedback that will help deliver a 5 start service and Tree. last year i asked foir the same service but it was so poor the way that it was done that i had to call and explain that the tree looks bad and empty. this year working with tyler's tree the tree is amazing and every espect of the experiance was on point! Love it and would recommend read more

Talk about a successful grassroots operation turned pro!...servicing demanding seamless/delivery New Yorkers and doing it with up to 13 foot trees! I mean.....I feel guilted into feeling badly for my laundry delivery guy but then you think about hauling a Christmas tree up 4-floor walkup and wow - it's a no brainer. I ordered my Tyler's Tree on Thursday and it was delivered on time at 8am Saturday morning. The mobile friendly site makes it 1-2-3 click to order your tree, accessories, services that you need and you select a 3 hour window between 8am-11pm, 7 days a week for delivery. The tree comes with a fresh cut, a stand and a tree skirt and they will set it up for you. If you want them to have their interior designer give it a 5-star makeover and lights, they'll do that for a fee also. My roommates and I were so excited to get our tree and even more excited that we had two guys carrying it up our building stairs/ who will take it away after Christmas so we don't have to do it :) I highly recommend this company and service. The owners, two young guys, Tyler and Brian are a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond to get customers the tree and "seamless" experience to get it into your home - no matter how big the tree or the height of the building. read more

This was my first time buying a real tree in the city. I had passed Tyler's tree's in hell's kitchen last year and figured since they were there again this year, we'd give it a try. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They were going to give us a 7ft tree for the price of a 6ft. We wound up going with the 6 ft. tree anyway. It's beautiful! There are no bald spots and it smells amazing. The branches are strong and I couldnt be happier. They also sell stands on site. Highly recommend Tyler's trees :) read more

Saturday afternoon, I found Tyler's Trees and placed an order. Sunday morning at 8am I had a beautiful 6 foot Christmas tree making itself at home in my apartment. Tyler's Trees was quick, courteous, and exactly as promised. I ordered the Regular Tree Package which comes with a tree, stand, skirt, and delivery. When the two delivery people showed up, they quickly brought the tree in, set it into the stand, collaborated with me to ensure it was straight, screwed the stand in, then untied the branches to let them unfurl. They also offered to sweep up the excess pine needles on their way out. The tree is surprisingly symmetrical, doesn't come with any catches, and just generally looks like someone spent a few long moments ensuring it was the right tree for me. Couldn't ask for a better experience. It's like Uber for Christmas trees. Thank you for existing! read more

Very convenient service and the delivery guys were prompt and professional. Unfortunately, the tree I received this year is not as great as last year. In this year's tree, there are several large gaps/holes between the branches. It appears some branches were broken. :( read more

Fantastic experience all-round. This was my first time ordering a tree online rather than going to select it myself and I could not be happier with the outcome. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate with clear pricing, a simple checkout method and I was able to schedule delivery for the next day. I received a phone call during my delivery window to inform me of when the driver was 30 minutes away, and the delivery was cheerful, informative and quick. I received a beautiful 6ft Fraser Fir with a great shape and fullness to it; the delivery driver had just given it a fresh cut prior to bringing it in to my apartment to ensure it absorbed the maximum amount of water possible for longevity purposes. It came with a stand and skirt so there was absolutely nothing more for me to do than decorate. I will definitely use Tyler's Trees again! read more

What a wonderful service for busy moms like myself who have limited time to shop for a tree. I opted for the service where they install the lights for you. What a timesaver. If you live in NYC and need a tree, you have to try this. The web site is fast and easy to use. You can order, a five, six, seven or eight foot tree. They include setup, delivery, a stand and a skirt. You can add garland, a wreath, lights and pick up after the Holiday season. My tree was perfect. I ordered on line yesterday, set the appointment for 11AM. You get an immediate confirmation on email and they text, and call you to tell you when they are coming. They were not only on the exact time, they were early. And Tyler is a real guy! I've been in NYC for 15 years and getting a tree has always been a pain, time consuming and expensive. This year, I did everything from Austin, TX. These guys over deliver and provide a great service at a reasonable price. read more

They are as good as it gets. Beautiful trees. On time. Friendly from start to finish. Efficient and responsive customer service with a kind, smart, English speaking young woman on the other end to problem solve and answer questions with earnest warmth and caring - no attitude. This is my second year using them and I will continue to use them every year. They've made having a Christmas tree in NYC a joy. I actually looked forward to having them again this year. They were just as helpful and awesome as last year (only this year I splurged on their tree removal service as well...so I'm guessing that will be as easy and painless as well). read more

However I do not own a car, so getting a tree to my apt would be a bit tricky. Turns out, it's super expensive to get a tree delivered! Lucky for me, I got a daily email about cool things in NYC which recommended Tyler's trees for people who want to customize a tree to fit their home and taste!
