I will always use NYC Trees!!! Last year, I got a tree just before Thanksgiving and everyone told me it was going to be wilted by Christmas... but my tree lasted we into the new year!!! Their delivery and customer service end to end was perfect, from handling the COI with my building to watering the tree at first install. This year, I used them again, and had a small issue with my order that was not only promptly addressed (I emailed about the issue and got an email AND a call the very next day) but they offered to go above and beyond to fix it. This kind of customer engagement is what will have my loyalty year after year. Thank you for taking one less stress factor out of the holiday season :) read more

NYC Trees has been a life-saver since I got too old and creaky to haul a big tree home and get it in the stand all by myself. I've relied on them for five years and always been pleased with the fresh, full, shapely trees. The "elves" make sure the tree is standing straight and even offer to water it before they leave. This year, I had a bad experience with tree removal. After I complained, the owner called me to apologize and refunded the removal fee in full. I was very grateful for the personal service. And I'll be back next year! read more

We've been buying trees from NYC Trees for 5 years. Their quality and costumer service cannot be matched.

Have been a customer for over 10 years (starting with when it was Tyler's Trees). Paid over $200 this year for a tree with huge gaps and poor appearance. Was told branches would drop to fill in gaps--they didn't. No response to emails. Very disappointed and will find a different service next year. Edit: I got a response after posting this review, and they were very nice, offering to replace the tree, etc. read more

With the prices of trees in my neighborhood going up and quality going down I was thinking about skipping a tree this year. While commiserating with a friend, she said was going to give NYCTrees.com a try, and I decided why not join her. I was skeptical. It wasn't inexpensive, even with a discount, before tip, the cost was over $200.00 for a 6-7 foot Frasier. We've had the tree for one week now and can report the entire experience has been top-notch. The kind delivery men arrived on time, brought in the tree already in a stand, placed it exactly where I wanted it, watered it, and provided a sweet felt tree skirt. The tree itself is by far the freshest we've ever had and after opening up the shape is perfect. I couldn't be happier. We are NYCTrees.com customers from now on. read more

Perfect!!! I have used these guys for 5-6 years in a row and have a very good data set to say they are the best I've ever seen. This is a small, locally owned business run by a great guy. They reliably deliver premium Christmas trees each year, sight unseen - the trees are always superb. The white-glove service delivers and removes the trees each holiday with dependable times, no mess service and clean up of any debris. The team is nice and considerate and a pleasure to see each year. I cannot imagine better service and recommend them 100% without reservation. Make certain to book early as well as reserve a removal date and this will be a turn-key event that you will look forward to each year. See our tree below. read more

Where do I begin? The staff are so so nice, everyone from customer service, to the men making the deliveries. Truly an A* company worth every penny! They came set up my tree watered it and were out so swiftly. Such service! Also please keep in mind that the trees come much shorter than you imagine in your head a 7 foot tree will be 7 foot but look as though it's 6? So if you want ur tree to be big add 2 feet to the tree size you were thinking of getting Also my house smells amazing!!! Amazing!!! The tree is so fat and lush. So happy read more

We have been using NYC Trees for 5+ years now. We were not completely happy with this year's tree, but Joe, who delivered our tree, came back with a new one that was beautiful. It was raining that night, but he did not hesitate and made it clear that getting a tree we would enjoy was his priority. Now that is customer service and that is what keeps us coming back year after year. He's also got a great smile. Thanks, Joe! read more

Just wanted to thank you and let you know how pleased my parents are with their tree. It looks a million times better and definitely cheaper than what I was seeing in the neighborhood. Your convenient delivery and set up is a great service, especially since I was out of town, my father was busy, and my mom was nagging us for a tree no later than that weekend!. Thanks again! This was our first year using NYC Trees, and it was a phenomenal experience from top to bottom. We didn't see the tree before it arrived and it was the best tree we have ever had! Delivery was on-time, and the staff was courteous and cautious (masks, gloves, booties over their shoes). We also had it removed by NYC Trees and the experience was just as delightful. For anyone in NYC that has tried to wrestle a tree out of their apartment after the holidays, this is the way to GO! Thanks NYC Trees, looking forward to ordering from you again next year. read more

This is my first time using nyctrees.com, and they have won a new customer. The tree they delivered is the nicest one I've ever had in my life! Furthermore I didn't have to waste half a day going all over town looking everywhere and dragging home some ratty-looking, uneven weed while getting pine pitch all over me. The efficient, polite nyctrees.com team texted me once they got close to my apartment, then texted me again when they arrived. What a wonderful convenience. Well done nyctrees.com. I highly recommend this service! It cost a little more than buying trees from a street vendor, but the tree was big, full, and freshly cut! I was worried about buying a tree sight unseen, but this was probably the most beautiful, full tree I've ever had. The guys who brought it were super helpful and charming. They completely set up the tree and did not leave until they had taken care of every detail: including pruning some parts, balancing, arranging and watering! I will be using this service every year and highly recommend them! read more

If you are looking for a Christmas tree in the Astoria/ Long Island City area then look no further than NYC Trees! The trees are very reasonably priced (much better than other tree stands in NYC), and great quality. They have trees from Michigan and New Jersey. They also sell the stand and deliver straight to your apt! These guys are super nice! They run local farm stands the rest of the year. They helped us out with cutting the base, attaching the stand, and brought the tree back to our apt. for us. These guys know what they're doing! In a car-less NYC, it seemed almost impossible to be able to have a nice Christmas tree unless we lugged it home from one of those sidewalk vendors. A quick Google search brought us to the NYC Trees website, where for a very reasonable $109, we got a 6 foot tree, next day delivery, installation, and stand...ALL INCLUSIVE! In addition to our tree looking way more beautiful than any of those 2nd rate sidewalk ones, we felt good knowing that our tree was a sustainable one that was sourced from regional farms. The quality is top notch too - the tree looks very healthy, with "full" branches and very minimal needle shedding. One of the co-founder brothers himself (Lou) came to deliver and set up our tree and he was super friendly, offering to help move around things to place the tree and trimming the branches so our tree looked perfect. He even watered the tree and gave me tips on how to take care of it - now that's what I call excellent service! If you want your own hassle-free NYC Christmas tree experience, look no further than NYC Trees! read more

We have alternated in past years between buying a Christmas Tree on the streets of Manhattan and renting a car to drive north of the city to a tree farm and get a much fresher tree. This year we discovered another option and one that I think we will stick with for years to come. Nothing could be easier! Louis (co-founder) walked in with the tree already in its stand and placed it where I wanted it and we were done! Had we not then launched into a discussion of the business it literally would have taken 10 seconds to get a Christmas tree setup in my living room. And it's a nice tree too... no big empty spots! ... and of course very freshly cut. You can smell and feel the difference. The delivery time is a 1 hour window and I even got a courtesy call because he was coming toward the end of that time slot. Not late. Yes, 5 STARS for price, quality, service, convenience (and happy to support a new business in NYC!) read more

We ordered a 6-7 ft. tree a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately the tree died within the next week or two despite our best efforts to water it. My girlfriend called to find out if there's anything that could be done and they replaced it for free within 2 hours! Apparently some trees just can't survive after being cut despite best efforts to water them. Excellent customer service and great communication all along. We had a problem and they made it right, no questions asked! Will be ordering from them next year. read more

NYCtrees was the efficient, affordable, professional tree delivery service we were looking for in Manhattan! They were very accommodating to my schedule and helped me decide on tree size when I called for advice. The brothers that run the business are incredibly friendly and personable. When the tree was delivered, it came in-stand (stand is included in price!), was set-up where I wanted it, and they cleaned up all the loose pine needles. The tree is gorgeous!! I'd recommend this service to anyone I know. Thanks NYCtrees!! read more

After buying a dissapointing tree off one of the many random curbside dealers in nyc, this year we decided to get one delivered from NYC Trees. No hassle trying to pick out a good tree, no hassle trying to fit it into our tiny car, and no hassle getting it up to our 5th floor apartment. The tree was delivered on time and quickly set up by one of the company owners, even with our overly excited boxer puppy jumping all over the place. The tree itself is one of the nicest we've ever had, my SO cant get over how symetrical it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them every year from now on. read more

NYC Trees - Our nicest Christmas tree yet. - Christmas Trees Near Me - New York, New York

I love this company! This is our second year using them and both times, they've been terrific. I ordered our tree, chose a time window, and right on time, two smiling guys showed up with my 7-foot tree on their shoulders. It was set up within minutes; they'll even supply the tree skirt and fill it with water for you. For an extra ($$$) fee, you can have them string the lights! I realized, late during the night before my delivery, that I had forgotten lights entirely; I went on the website, ordered 5 boxes and paid with a note and email begging them to include the lights with the next morning's tree delivery, knowing it was a long shot they'd even see it or could arrange it. In the morning, I had a pleasant email waiting, saying they'd be happy to oblige. They are on their game! Special thanks to my wonderful delivery guys, Victor and Edward, who patiently adjusted the tree in the stand until it stood up perfectly straight! read more
