They are the best tree delivery service in New York. Make sure you ask for DAVID! He is such an excellent communicator from the day of delivery until the tree arrives, he kept me posted on his eta. He told a cute story that I asked him to about elves to my kids, they were so surprised and happy. It was definitely a wonderful tree delivery experience. Buy with caution. I'm sorry to report that, having tried AA two years in a row, we are very disappointed in the quality of the two expensive trees that we purchased. This year's is even worse than last year's. We tried AA for the first time in 2020, after our go-to x-mas tree lot went out of business. We selected AA for the convenient location and the seeming large supply (and good online presence.) Our 2020 frasier fur (purchased around 12/7) dried up and started to turn brown before New Years. (We are used to our trees staying green for a month or more.) In 2021, again for the convenience, we tried AA. Spent $150 (that's not a typo) for a 6' Frasier fur on 12/11. The tree "drank" for approx. 4 days. By day 7 (still a week before x-mas) , the needles were going brown all over. Good salesmanship and a professional operation at this place. But, question the sales pitch on the actual age and quality of the trees. I'm sorry to say -- never again for us. read more

Placed my order on 11/25 for delivery on the 28th. Easy to order online, and specified date and time on the order. It was a bit confusing with the lack of communication on confirming delivery date and time. The instructions stated an email would be sent to me confirming the delivery date and time, but it never was received. I called the day of date I specified and they made it happen. The tree arrived later than the my specified window of AM hours, arriving past noon. The tree is adorable, came with a stand and tree top and ordered and it smells fresh! Thanks guys! read more

Our tree is 6 1/2 feet tall (as requested) full and cut perfectly to properly be supported by the stand (which was provide). I ordered a Groupon deal from them which seemed really affordable for a 6-8 foot christmas tree + delivery. I was so excited... as christmas is clearly the most awesome holiday of the year. To redeem my coupon I called the company and left a voice message and was prompted that after 24-48 hours my call would be returned, surely enough my call was returned about 16 hours later while I was at work, since I have called back twice a week for nearly three weeks and I have never received another call-back. Christmas is 6 days away and guess what... still no tree. So yeah awesome... kinda ruining my christmas. and loosing money. I moved forward with pre-ordering since it was free delivery. They called me the day before to confirm my deliver, and when it came I couldn't have been happier. Having gone the prior day with my parents to help them cut down their tree from a farm, I feel that the one I got was far superior. It was soft and smelled amazing! I purchased a tree from AA a couple of years ago and I reached out to Arthur right before Thanksgiving. He answered his phone immediately and gave me all of the details. I told him that I would think about it and called him on Thanksgiving and ordered my tree. Because I was a former customer he offered me free delivery and installment. The tree arrived on Saturday evening exactly at the time that he said it would, that so rarely happens in NYC. The delivery guy was great and the tree was stunning. What I appreciated the most is that Arthur sent me a text to ask me how the delivery went. It really shows that Arthur cares about his customers. Getting a Christmas tree is such an old school tradition as our the days of when a vendor reaches out to their customers. I am not impressed. I went in to see them on Friday, picked out a tree, and was told it would be delivered between 6 and 10pm on Monday. On Monday night, no one delivers my tree, no one calls, and they don't answer their phone so I left a message. I call again on Tuesday, no answer so I left another message. I keep calling until I finally reach someone who tells me he's out on deliveries but will call me that night when he returns. No call. So now it's Wednesday... I have been calling continuously and not getting any response. I have decided to cancel my Amazon Local deal and get a tree somewhere else. If you can't handle the volume of business from deals like Amazon and Groupon, then you should not offer the deals. read more

Usually when I pick up a tree, they shave the bottom before I place it in the stand... My last years Christmas tree buying experience was terrible, the line was ridiculously long, the guy selling me the tree was rude and the selection of trees was pitiful. This year however after getting a referral to AA Christmas trees and having anxiety about shopping for a Christmas tree all of my fears thankfully were for not. The professional and genuine service I received from Arthur the Owner and his staff were bar non the best I've experienced in a long time.
