The delivery never showed up between the 5 hour window they provided even after I made multiple calls to the owner to check on the status. The driver called me 3 hours later stating he was doing the owner a favor and it's not really his problem. No one has called me to reschedule after 2 weeks. I can't believe Gilt does business with a company like this. This was my first and last transaction with them as well.

They always show up right before Thanksgiving and I'm always one of their first customers. Their trees are extremely fresh and always last me well beyond Christmas. I've bought trees from Home Depot and the local grocer before but the quality does not even come close. I highly recommend this Christmas tree stand, once you buy one of their trees you will see that they are well worth the few extra dollars compared to a cheaper tree from another spot. The staff, even though busy, are quite competent and friendly. They will prep and pack the tree you choose for transport quickly without much fuss. Just point to your vehicle and the staff will bring it out quickly and you put it in your car or tie to the roof At $10 a foot, the price is reasonable and the location convienent.

Still ok for us since the location is close to our home and the people are so nice, but note the cost if that's a concern.

Freaking (FREAKING) out, we made sure we recorded the location and came back the next day. At 10am you think that some excited 20 somethings would freak these gardeners out, but they loved us. They wanted $50 for a piss poor copy of Every Picture Tells a Story. $125 for a Beatles record (i think VI) with extreme water damage. You can get Beatle records for a song (no pun intended) all day. They're everywhere. Don't let these good folks fool you.
