My fiance and I worked with Tyler to buy our first home in mid-2008, and we had a very positive experience. Tyler did a great job walking us through the homebuying process, and he was always accessible and available to show us properties whenever we wanted to go on a tour. We went in to the process with a focus on condos in the 400-500k range in the Dupont/U Street/Logan Circle area that could qualify for FHA financing, before FHA was commonplace and widely accepted by sellers, agents, and lenders. I was completely caught off guard and knew that I was working with someone that was above the rest. He set the bar extremely high for himself and did not disappoint anywhere during the process. As a first time home buyer, Tyler was very helpful in walking through considerations in the purchase process and thoughts about the types of properties I should consider given my price range and requirements.
