My wife and I recently purchased a semi-detached two-story home in the Arlington area from across the world while we were stationed in Japan. Because we were not familiar with the Arlington area and never stepped foot inside the home, we placed all our trust and confidence on the Aaron Seekford and the Arlington Realty team. After seeing our new home, getting situated in the area, and really appreciating the location of this property, we are more than glad we chose the Aaron Seekford and Arlington Realty team to help with our home buying needs and purchase. From the initial house hunting, Severin Kamm, our Arlington Realty Realtor, actively found listings and toured every single one with our utmost care in mind. He fully answered all our questions of concern. Being first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. Due to the time difference from Eastern Standard Time and Japan time, we had to call or contact him at odd hours of the day or night. He was extremely professional and always gave us the reassurance that we needed. It was his initial drive, desire to help, and grateful courtesy that sparked our interest in further seeking the help and doing business with Arlington Realty. Our Transaction Coordinator went above and beyond. Krissy consistently provided us with the reassurance that the process was heading in the right direction. For someone who has never experienced the home buying process, it can be complicated and stressful. We sincerely valued both of their hard work and time spent to find us the right home at our great location. Extreme thanks to Aaron Seekford and Arlington Realty team for easing our home buying process and making our dream of owning a home a reality. read more

Professional staff, highly recommended. Aaron purchased and managed three townhomes for me since 2021. His company has found me quality tenants and very responsive when it comes to maintainence, renewal, dealing with HOA and handling tenants. I only have one or two emails exchange with them during annual renewal. I love it that way. read more

I contacted Aaron with Question about home buying, and she was able to reply to me promptly and efficiently!

Wow... I'm kinda shocked to read the reviews below because we had the exact opposite experience! I was living in Los Angeles with my wife and newborn and just accepted a job in DC. We only had 2 mos to look for a place to rent and we were coming up empty handed. It sucked because we couldnt see any of the properties we were interested in and none of our offers were going through. We finally found this house a week before our move and my agent got in touch with Beau L. from Arlington Property. I don't trust real estate agents and I was on a time crunch, but she was awesome, so I called my them myself. I asked every possible question I could and asked Beau to hold the property for me. Beau was extremely helpful! I was able to finish everything online in about 5min! Super convenient, especially since I had to overnight all of the other applications. He explained to me everything in detail and he even went and took additional pics of the place. He was extremely honest about the property and didnt try to sell me on it. He told me upfront all of the flaws and potential problems. We're from the west coast so adjusting to the east coast is a big deal! Beau was cool enough to hold on me signing the agreement until I got to see the property a week after I sent my app. I saw the property with Mario, who is awesome, and signed the agreement on the spot. I setup automatic payments online thru their website and I'm paying rent with my credit card to earn points on travel :) muhahaha I rarely write yelp reviews... I only have 2 or 3, but moving to Virginia with a 2 month old and after living my whole life in So. California, I thought these guys did a great job and made me feel very comfortable about my move! ______________ Update Our kitchen didnt have a hood above the oven. Our washer and dryer were 10 yrs old and we had a leak in the basement. A couple of days after we reported the problems, Mario sent us a handyman to check on installing a hood. The leak in the basement has been fixed and we have a new washer and dryer! They're all very realistic with what changes can be done and what absolutely won't. I appreciate that! read more

Your phone number is not working. Automated reply says press 1 or press 2, pushing either option does nothing

I worked with Matt Dickerson, who was extremely helpful and friendly in finding what we were looking for: a place for three roommates to live with reasonable prices/metro access. He was courteous, prompt, and answered all of our questions, including reassurances about the lease and typical state laws. (Some of us were coming from out of state.) I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking for a place to rent/buy/move to. They were efficient and Matt went above and beyond the call. read more

My recent experience buying a property with Arlington Realty was superb. I had the best interaction with each of the realtors and staff, who identified properties based on my budget and preferred location, finding me 14 comparables, visiting each site, providing a cost analysis, then helping me to choose the best one. We inspected the apartment I was interested in and found water damage from the upstairs unit which I did not notice myself, saving me at least $15,000. I appreciate that they took the extra time to review the property with an amazing attention to detail in order to protect my interests. I never felt hurried or rushed, and enjoyed their respect and professionalism -- I hope to work with them again. read more

A+! Aaron is a can do person who delivers. Aaron is not shaken by surprises, totally reliable, knowledgeable about real estate and the market. He is a true master at what he does. This review is well overdue - I thought I had written one already but realized I never had. I worked with Sevi Kamm to buy a townhouse condo in December. He was wonderful - super responsive, low-pressure, and tenacious when he needed to be. I can't figure out why, but the gentleman I bought from seemed intent on making the sales process a negative one. Therefore, my first time homebuyer experience was a little rocky instead of a truly happy time, but it all worked out and I owe that to Sevi's patience and understanding. Krissy, Arlington Realty's transaction coordinator, is truly a gem and made everything so easy for me. I like that everything is online and can be quickly e-signed. I highly recommend Sevi, Aaron, and the team! read more

I've know Aaron Seekford professionally for the past eleven years and he is one of the best realtors I've had the pleasure to meet. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. As you can imagine, as a Vice President in the mortgage industry, I see a broad spectrum in professionalism and service provided by realtors as they assist their clients. Of the several thousand transactions that I've observed throughout my career, only a handful of realtors I would describe as "exceptional" and Aaron without question falls in this category. Why do I say this? First, Aaron's expertise & knowledge is unparalleled. The combination of his exceptional dedication to continued learning, combined with his outstanding mentors he's had over his lifetime has created a breadth of knowledge in the local housing market, contracts, construction, negotiation techniques and good old fashioned common sense that few others have achieved. Second, Aaron uses this base of knowledge to assist clients make successful offers and obtain outstanding value. Aaron's clients are successful in obtaining the home they prefer or efficiently selling their home, often making or saving clients thousands of dollars. Finally, and most importantly, Aaron cares very much about his clients and has unquestionable ethics. This combination of outstanding expertise, excellent service, proven results and a desire to assist each client come together to make Aaron Seekford truly an outstanding realtor. He is a tremendous resource to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate. read more

I have been looking to buy a new home for awhile and Arlington Realty helped me find the perfect place. The staff is very friendly and wanted to help me find the best option for me with my budget and area of desire. Aaron and Sevi were amazing and know everything about each neighborhood in the D.C. area. I was looking for homes primarily in Arlington and D.C. My real estate agent is amazing and showed me many good options. My agent is easy to communicate with via phone, email and in person. The Washington D.C. real estate market can be difficult, but Arlington Realty came through and guided me along the paper work process to buying my home. A friend of mine recommend Arlington Realty, as she had a great experience with them with her rental. Overall great customer support, friendly staff, and a great real estate group to help you find your ideal home. Thank you Aaron and Sevi. read more

Alex Logsdon is AMAZING!! We bought our house in Arlington 9 years ago with this same company. Alex Logsdon has stayed in touch with us ever since then. So, when we were ready to sell, we knew we had to use him again. He treats you like family! He listens to your needs and then goes above and beyond. We recently sold our house in Arlington and Alex was fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable of the area. He knew how to price it appropriately and it sold in 6 days. He was extremely helpful throughout the ENTIRE sales process from beginning to end. He helped tremendously with the negotiation with the buyers. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We loved working with him and trust him implicitly. We recommend Alex Logsdon to everyone we know! read more

I was referred by a coworker of mine to Alex, a realtor for Aaron Seekford. Alex and the team who worked with me helped me every step of the way in purchasing my first home. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything that made me uncomfortable, and they always made sure I was well informed before I signed a document or approached a deadline. I will definitely use them the next time I need to buy a home. read more

My wife and I worked with Alex Logsdon to buy our first home and it was exactly the experience I had hoped for when we got started. When we started the process I knew nothing about buying a home and was unsure about hiring an agent right away - I was nervous that there would be too much incentive for an agent to rush us into a decision. Alex came as a referral from our friends and was absolutely amazing to work with. Trust: It was apparent very early on that Alex was going to match our energy and not try to rush us. We were very clear that we were early in the search and really just wanted to get an understanding of the market and the process. Alex supported us exactly as we needed by making sure we fully understood the process and the current market. We never once felt pushed to make a decision or thought we were being talked into doing something we didn't want. He also helped us think about things that we wouldn't have on our own; he was instrumental when it came to crafting a strong offer that was realistic to the home and neighborhood. Availability / Access: Alex was available whenever we needed him. I suppose this is probably the nature of being in real estate, but he constantly worked around our schedule. In the current market, when the right house comes up you need to see it quick - and frequently taking off early from work wasn't an option for me. Alex was able to meet us outside of my normal work hours whenever we needed, or he would look at houses for us when we couldn't be there. He worked very hard to make sure our many questions were answered about every home we were considering to give us peace of mind that we were making the right choice. When the incredibly important deadlines came up, making an offer, inspections, closing, etc - Alex responded and reacted immediately. Also, working with Alex enabled us to have access to all the homes within our criteria as soon as they were available. We found that the good homes get snatched up so quickly that by the time you go to the open houses listed online you might already be too late. Alex was able to get us the access and information that helped us prioritize what homes to review and when. Ease of process: Alex and his team were literally everything we needed to close on our house. We had a two week window for closing after our offer was accepted which would seem to be very stressful, but Alex's internal and extended teams were on top of everything. Krissy Shellenberger coordinated and ensured we were meeting all the deadlines necessary and kept us fully informed through the process (when, where, how to send EMC, loan application deadlines, home inspections, pest inspections, appraisals, surveys, insurance requirements, utilities, etc.) Everything that they could handle themselves (nearly everything) they did - and they stayed on top of us to make sure everything we had to take care of was complete. Alex, Krissy, and the team have amazing connections and recommended service providers to expedite the process. We also worked very closely with a recommended mortgage broker who also was on top of everything from pre-approval letters to closing to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was just a great process. Alex and the team that supported us were fantastic. When we decide to move we'll definitely be asking them to help us sell it and find a new home if we're looking in the area. Very highly recommend. This is the type of experience every home buyer should have. read more

Awesome job on finding the home of my dreams and for coming in under budget. Can't thank you enough.

We had a really great experience w/Aaron when we purchased our first home earlier this year. He was very knowledgeable about the market, gave great advice, and was very patient with our millions of questions. I would definitely recommend him to other home buyers/sellers. read more

Arlington Realty is great. I worked with Alex, Aaron's associate, and have nothing but positive things to say about him. I am a first time home buyer and Alex was really helpful when I didn't know what was going on or was freaking out because I was buying a house. Alex was really patient and was good at taking my comments when we looked at places and using that to find other places I he thought I might like. He would also pre-screen places when I was at work to see if they met my criteria, which saved me a ton of time. I could go on for a while about the other things that were great about working with Alex and Arlington, but I'll just sum it up by saying working with them was a really fabulous experience. read more
