Clothing brought in to either of their two sites were going to be returned in great, clean and accurate condition and NONE missing. Not the case with K.C. Cleaners NEW OWNER: promised ten (10) shirts over-night... I did NOT request it...it was volunteered. Got there the next day... 8- shirts ready. Two missing. Next day 1-shirt. Today... hoping to get the last shirt. I didn't ask for next day service... they offered and I accepted. Was there an explanation for getting 8-shirts?... and missing two.... then still missing a final shirt? Was I called? No... left my # as I drove in from Tuscola to be there for work.... out of my way. As of now... no last shirt from the first ten on Monday. DON'T MAKE PROMISES THAT YOU CANNOT KEEP.... and then try to squirm out of the "promise".... Have missed Keith for years due to his untimely illness and death and now miss Diana... neither would have made a "promise" that they wouldn't keep. Great people... reliable people. I cannot express how happy I am with this service. Not only are they fairly priced and do quality…read morework, but they are beyond what one could expect for customer service. I had an event for which I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. My person to pick up the suit fell through and I didn't end up with my suit for the event when I went to get ready. Panicked, I reached out to every means of getting ahold of them possible, begging for the chance to grab it despite them being closed. They came through! The owner not only communicated with me on a day that the business was closed, when she found out what I needed, she drove all the way in and opened the store just for me, and allowed me to get my suit. The biggest reason that this all should really be something that tugs at the heart strings to read: it was a Santa suit. The one that I wear when I go and professionally portrait, Santa this time of year for kiddos. What she did for me insured that I would not have to cancel over a simple mistake and disappoint all those kids. I cannot thank them enough, and if it wasn't for the fact that I already was such a big fan of their business, I would say they have a customer for life. Truth is, they had already won me over long before that.

For this reason, you may see a lot if these posts as I rate each laundry I have the misfortune to try. It can only get better from here....I hope. The outside does not look bad. It is in a semi-seedy part of town. Lots of 3rd rate businesses in the area but let's go in. Floor is down right nasty. It looks like it has not been cleaned in years... not months. All the machines have dirt, hair and who knows what else on them...in them. Wash is $1.50. Dryers? Dont know, I never got that far. Attendants/owners came in as I did. They picked up a hanger and a used dryer sheet then left. Needless to say, I left this establishment with my dirty laundry to find alternative means. I know it will be difficult as there are only about 3 laundries in town. Did I say I made a big mistake moving my W/D? Well, let me say it again as another reminder to myself.
