I had a small hiccup during one of my visits, but Kristin and Meredith were eager to help and resolved the issue right away with the friendliest customer service. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, this is a fantastic laundromat with excellent staff, great amenities, and unbeatable value. 10/10 would recommend!

I was told it may have gone onto the train and that there was nothing they could do except say sorry. I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

I know it will be difficult as there are only about 3 laundries in town. Did I say I made a big mistake moving my W/D? Well, let me say it again as another reminder to myself.

After a…read morefuneral I took a suit in to Ken's for cleaning and pressing, as well as a shirt for laundering and pressing. (I chose them only because my name is also Ken.) A friend went to pick up my clothing a few days later and was told that it would take a while longer, because "the boiler broke down and it would be another week". I returned a week later on 8/9/17 to pick up and pay for my cleaning, a process that should normally take a couple of minutes. The poor lady who was working the shop alone had NO clue as to what she was doing. When I presented her with the claim ticket she dithered around in the back room for at least 5 minutes, coming forward to apologize several times. She finally found the shirt and suit, but couldn't find any plastic bags for them. I told her I could do without, just let me pay and leave. Then the real fun began. She "couldn't find me in the computer" after several more minutes, so she couldn't charge me and let me leave. Finally she phoned someone and asked what to do. They "couldn't find me in the computer" either, even with my numbered claim check, so I asked her to simply total the charges to clean a suit, launder a shirt, and press them both, and I'd pay her and be gone. But that process took another several minutes (she had NO idea what the establishment's basic charges were, that took another phone call). At that point I was looking around the shop for the hidden Candid Camera. Glad I wasn't in a big hurry, but this is 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Ken, you REALLY need to hire competent people, train them properly, and pay them appropriately. 'Nuff said.
