I had a small hiccup during one of my visits, but Kristin and Meredith were eager to help and resolved the issue right away with the friendliest customer service. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, this is a fantastic laundromat with excellent staff, great amenities, and unbeatable value. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience.
