I was told it may have gone onto the train and that there was nothing they could do except say sorry. I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

While my husband was changing clothes over I being an attentive mother seen a bed bug come crawling across the floor headed straight towards my 5 month old. I grabbed her and her blanket and her toys as fast as I could off the ground. I took some photos and videos and squashed the sucker. Not to mention the washers smell musty when you open them but that I could look past the bed bugs is a big no go for me though.
