I took a few pairs of pants and a jacket that needed a new zipper - turn around for pants are 1 month and the jacket ? 2 months. Why? Because "prom". So, dont take your items around prom season unless you have months to wait. She also said I would need to provide a zipper for the jacket, but then changed her mind and told me she had a zipper (pulled from a big bag of zippers) that I could purchase instead. So, a question of honesty lingers. For services recieved, this place is not worth the hassle.

I had an event for which I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. My person to pick up the suit fell through and I didn't end up with my suit for the event when I went to get ready. The owner not only communicated with me on a day that the business was closed, when she found out what I needed, she drove all the way in and opened the store just for me, and allowed me to get my suit.
