I took a few pairs of pants and a jacket that needed a new zipper - turn around for pants are 1 month and the jacket ? 2 months. Why? Because "prom". So, dont take your items around prom season unless you have months to wait. She also said I would need to provide a zipper for the jacket, but then changed her mind and told me she had a zipper (pulled from a big bag of zippers) that I could purchase instead. So, a question of honesty lingers. For services recieved, this place is not worth the hassle.

Upon pick up that afternoon, we found one pair of jeans that didn't come back with enough starch.
