She informed me of the time she processed the paperwork. I was only 5 minutes off. Well, I guess 5 minutes makes all the difference. Then she tried to blame it on the fact that I was a walk-in. But I made friends with another woman in the waiting room who had an appointment for her flu shot, and she had to wait 50 minutes for hers. So, I'm just annoyed at all the excuses. If it's going to be an hour wait on a Monday, they should let you know before they charge your insurance. So don't go on your lunch break. Also, there bathroom was gross. I originally planned on moving my and my husband's prescriptions here from CVS, but changed my mind.

Brody, our tech for the evening, gave us a warm welcome and explained the entire process thoroughly and in terms easy for a layman to understand. He gave us advice on how to make it as comfortable as possible. He even put a box fan in my room knowing I sleep with one at home, making it not so much of a chore to try to get to sleep. The following morning he had coffee ready for us. Better service than I ever had at a hotel! I'm addition to the bedroom, you have your own private bathroom with a shower stall. Bring towels and toiletries.

They have all patients arrive at 9:00 PM but don't have enough…read moretechnicians to get the patients wired up so even though I got there at nine I was third in line and it was 1030 before they even started my hookups. It was after 11:15 when they finished that in between 11:15 and 230 AM there were five interruptions, yes 5!! 1. Once we got my hook up complete and They left the room. They came back in about 10 minutes and said I was going to have to change rooms because the device was not picking up my information. 2. Move to a new room, after getting that all hooked back up again I think I'm going to go to sleep. 3. But no, they come back because now the device that all the wires are connected to is not relaying to the big unit in the room so they need to change out that device box to one that is compatible. So now I think I'm going to sleep. 4 But no, now the air/oxygen hose that they put in your nose and mouth is not registering. So they come back and tape it to my face. So now I think I'm going to sleep. 5. But no, now two technicians come in because the air/oxygen hose is still not working and they've got to change out a little unit on it. So when they came in, it was at 2:09 before they started doing that so by the time they left it was shortly after that so I thought I was going to go to sleep. So that takes me a minute, so I'm thinking I might've fallen asleep about 2:30 in the morning. Then they come in at 5 AM to wake me up and tell me it's OK to leave now. So the sleep study was supposed to be from 9 to 6 which really ended up being from 2:30 AM to 5 AM. I have no idea what it could've recorded in that amount of time, but it certainly wasn't a thorough test. And I'm very disappointed..
