She informed me of the time she processed the paperwork. I was only 5 minutes off. Well, I guess 5 minutes makes all the difference. Then she tried to blame it on the fact that I was a walk-in. But I made friends with another woman in the waiting room who had an appointment for her flu shot, and she had to wait 50 minutes for hers. So, I'm just annoyed at all the excuses. If it's going to be an hour wait on a Monday, they should let you know before they charge your insurance. So don't go on your lunch break. Also, there bathroom was gross. Janice patiently researched the item and escorted my wife to the aisle where it was now located. Brody, our tech for the evening, gave us a warm welcome and explained the entire process thoroughly and in terms easy for a layman to understand. He gave us advice on how to make it as comfortable as possible. He even put a box fan in my room knowing I sleep with one at home, making it not so much of a chore to try to get to sleep. The following morning he had coffee ready for us. Better service than I ever had at a hotel! I'm addition to the bedroom, you have your own private bathroom with a shower stall.
