Withholding my medications from me, some that are not even controlled substances. Giving me the wrong amount of another medication that's $1,200. When I call, they always put me on hold for at least 20 minutes. When I go to pick it up they always have me wait a few hours even though it says it's ready for pick up. If I call to get an update they are always so crisp and hang up right away. Just overall disgusting behavior. The staff needs to be fired or definitely go back through basic training. My friends husband has a heart problem and they didn't give his medication to him the day he needed it so she called corporate and complained as well so I know for a fact that this is definitely not the first time somebody has called and complained. Corporate needs to take responsibility and consequences need to be addressed and all of the staff needs to be reprimanded, effective immediately.

She informed me of the time she processed the paperwork. I was only 5 minutes off. Well, I guess 5 minutes makes all the difference. Then she tried to blame it on the fact that I was a walk-in. But I made friends with another woman in the waiting room who had an appointment for her flu shot, and she had to wait 50 minutes for hers. So, I'm just annoyed at all the excuses. If it's going to be an hour wait on a Monday, they should let you know before they charge your insurance. So don't go on your lunch break. Also, there bathroom was gross. I originally planned on moving my and my husband's prescriptions here from CVS, but changed my mind.

This is especially frustrating since another CVS just 30 minutes away is always able to fill the exact same prescriptions. The pharmacist and staff do not appear equipped or willing to resolve ongoing issues, and the lack of consistency has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I have escalated this concern to both my employer and insurance provider and am strongly recommending a switch to another pharmacy. Reliable access to medication should not be this difficult.

Brody, our tech for the evening, gave us a warm welcome and explained the entire process thoroughly and in terms easy for a layman to understand. He gave us advice on how to make it as comfortable as possible. He even put a box fan in my room knowing I sleep with one at home, making it not so much of a chore to try to get to sleep.
