I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. I take the same two medications every month, yet they are consistently on backorder at this location. This is especially frustrating since another CVS just 30 minutes away is always able to fill the exact same prescriptions. The pharmacist and staff do not appear equipped or willing to resolve ongoing issues, and the lack of consistency has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I have escalated this concern to both my employer and insurance provider and am strongly recommending a switch to another pharmacy. Reliable access to medication should not be this difficult. read more

Stay away from the exclepower cords at the front near check out completely trash none of them work and ironically iPhone cords cost 10.$ more.. Only complaint about this location no one greets you and the assume your going to do self check it's quite unwelcoming and not professional. read more

Giving a one star (which goes to Elizabeth for her efforts in helping me get the right items for my needs) Tom and Cindy in the pharmacy were rude and did not cooperate in giving me the items I paid for in full because their system messed up upon printing my receipt EVEN tho I called my bank and they CONFIRMED the transaction CLEARED MY BANK AND I showed them proof of it. Thank you Elizabeth for trying to help me get the medicine I needed. Tom and Cindy were both too busy to handle this situation properly. Go ANYWHERE but here!!!! read more

If you have to go here for a prescription, 80% of they will tell you they don't have it. Ask to speak to the pharmacist. Have the pharmacist check their voice mail from providers. They routinely deny have prescriptions that your doc has in fact called in. Has happened to me multiple times. I go anywhere else, even if I have to drive further. These guys couldn't suck more. read more

People are so quick to complain & so slow to acknowledge EXCELLENT SERVICE. I am 50 , have been using pharmacies for most of my life this is the first pharmacy I can say I would leave five stars for all day every day. Judy Elizabeth & Phat and the rest of the staff are kind warm collaborative welcoming every time I have to pick up a prescription or have some type of pharmacy issue they always remember me and my family and treat me as if I'm the only customer they have even though I know they have thousands of other customers great job CVS! read more

I gave this 1 star because it was the lowest rating on the page. My wife called into the pharmacy (Hwy 105 in Montgomery) and explained to the woman that she needed her blood pressure medication refilled since she had been out for several days and her blood pressure was almost 200. The pharmacist was less than concerned and said it could be ready by 6 p.m. and no sooner. This was 11:30 a.m. on Monday 10/12/20. Needless to say we will not be using them for anything moving forward and neither will my many, many friends and family. Called Walgreens and I can pick up the medication within the hour. read more

I am so frustrated with this CVS pharmacy on Hwy 105, Montgomery. The staff seems incompetent to handle the most simple questions or concerns. It is as if they're still in training! One of the male pharmacy techs speaks in riddles and acts as if he's got better things to do. He thinks he's right about all his responses until you insist for a second opinion. And he's usually wrong! Smh....My husband and daughter have come home with the same complaints! The staff at the CVS pharmacy on FM 1488, Magnolia are rock stars compared to these people. Visiting elderly relative needed meds, she's on pain. So I Dropped a prescription off 2 1/2 hours ago and the lady said it would be ready in an hour. Came in to pick up and the lady did not even put it in the system when I dropped it off. Had to wait another 30 minutes. Not even an apology. Won't bring another prescription here. read more

Was visiting family out of town and got sick... Never a good thing. The staff was courteous and super fast filling my script. I got the feeling by watching them with other clients that they genuinely care for their customers and their families. This store was clean and everyone seemed happy to help. :-) I can recommend this CVS to anyone! I drove in from Conroe to see the doc and lucked into this pharmacy... the staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and go above and beyond. :-) read more

I have used my CVS Caremark Prescription card at this location the last 5 years to get flu shots. CVS always billed my prescription card directly and I had no out of pocket cost. This year CVS would not honor the CVS Caremark card and asked me to pay $19 for the flu shot. I left and went to the Walmart Pharmacy. Walmart billed my CVS Caremark plan directly with no out of pocket cost. I will not be back to CVS. read more

I've been going to this CVS almost exclusively since moving into April Sound and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. I did have a problem yesterday with my generic medicine not working as well as previous prescriptions. I wasn't sure if anything could be done about that, but I went in to ask anyway. The pharmacist who helped me was named "Jack" (wish I had caught his last name) and he was WONDERFUL! Even though it was obvious that they were super busy, he took the time to listen to me, research the medication and ultimately rectify my generic pill problem by transferring my prescription to a competing pharmacy that had a different generic in stock that had worked for me in the past. Jack probably spent 30 minutes of his workday fixing for me something I thought would be unfixable and I truly appreciated it. The rest of the pharmacy staff is awesome too. Tried to transfer prescription from 1488 cvs the guy seamed to read off a cue card could not figure out how to do it and assumed I was wrong. Absolute worst pharmacy in the world. First they said, "sorry we cannot refill this prescription for two days." I asked for the prescription back so I could go somewhere else. They gave me a hard time about it and finally after speaking to three different people they figured out how to give me a piece of paper back that I wanted and is mine. Then, I go back two days later and they tell me I have to wait five days, I told them they said two days. They tell me never mind we will refill it, come back at 1:45. It is now 4 pm and they say, it will be another 30 min. If you have a different option for a pharmacy then I suggest you use it. I won't ever be coming back here again to deal with these ignorant people. read more
