Idk what the craze is about this place, but IYKYK. We are finally getting one out here in Arizona, and it will open in Goodyear on June 22. Be that as it may, I won't be going until probably fall, lol. I'll most likely be making another trip to TX before then anyway. This location is large and fully stocked. The same classic Buc-cee's you know is full of everything from housewares to clothing, car accessories to freshly made brisket sandwiches ans everything in-between! Service was great, and the cashier was friendly. I didn't get a sandwich this time around, but I did grab a few bags of beef jerky. They're my new favorite snackie! The breakfast taco seem to be consistently good bacon is crispy bites and cheesy eggs. They also have a brisket taco which they try to remove the fat., which seems to be a good buy as well. Breakfast ends at 11:30 AM. I greatly appreciate a team member that really looked out for me and kept the last three bacon tacos in the warmer for me to purchase after the dental appointment. I know that don't do this, but I'm so thankful for her above and beyond customer service. I will be back each morning I'm near here and looking for a bite to eat.

I've ordered sandwiches here and pizzas which were really good. The grilled cheese with meat are a standout. I like the coffee bar especially because there's an assortment of cold and hot coffee that you can dispense yourself. I'm always treated with good customer service on most of my interactions. I walked in planning to spend maybe 20 minutes max just to buy a few souvenirs, snacks, and a few things to take home to my kids and family. Shortly after I walked in, I was approached and told I wasn't allowed to be there because I came in a semi truck. I explained that I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to buy a few items, but I was told they would not allow me to purchase anything. I was also told, "Unfortunately truckers are not welcome." Those were his exact words. That was extremely disappointing to hear. Truck drivers are a huge part of what keeps this country moving. We deliver the products businesses sell every single day, including the products sitting on Buc-ee's shelves. To be told we're not welcome and not even allowed to make a purchase is sad and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will never return to Buc-ee's again, not even in my personal vehicle. I'd much rather spend my money at a truck stop or any business that welcomes everyone and appreciates the people who help keep America moving.

He handed me back a damaged $10 bill. It was dirty and had red ink on 80% of the bill. I asked for a replacement in any denomination. He refused and told me to take it to a bank. I was shocked. I asked 3 times and all he said was NO calmly each time. This was on Saturday, January 18th at 12:30 PM.
