It appears they store payment data and charge patients whenever they see fit without any transparency or prior notice.

I went in asking for half a syringe in my lips. She decided to go rogue and dump the entire thing in--because I was "already paying for it," as if I asked for a deal on a botched face. Let's not forget the masseter injections. I woke up looking like Johnny Bravo on steroids. Somehow she managed to add jowls I didn't have before. I had to cancel work because I looked like fish with gills. To make it worse, I heard her walk out of our consultation and say "drinks on me today," as she made a pretty penny off me!! And she bragged about training people to do injections, which is honestly the most chilling part. The more she hyped herself up, the more I should've realized I was the demo doll in her TED Talk on delusion. Please. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with an injector who doesn't mistake overconfidence for talent. This wasn't aesthetic--it was a cautionary tale.

The practice at one time was amazing and Dr. Carr. When things start to go downhill and no accountability for their actions it's time to part ways. I don't take this review lightly but I'm not happy. I had an appointment a few weeks ago and it was horrible. Actually I never saw the doctor but dealing with the front desk was just chaos. I had an issue with my garage door but called to advise them. I was advised by the young lady I spoke to I could still come. I had also told her what time my GPS had me arriving. I actually arrived a few minutes early. I signed in and waited and waited and waited. . I finally went to the desk and was told by Julian I believe I did not have an appointment. I sat there for almost an hour and now you say I don't have an appointment. She checked again and then said I was late (only 5 minutes past the allowed 10 minutes), but they knew this and ok'd for me to come in. This pissed me off because they confirmed for me to come in. They then told me I could see the other doc and it would be only another 10 minutes. That was a LIE & waited even longer. The front desk also had the audacity to have an attitude. I left and said I would NEVER come back. Let's fast forward to today. We have found another doctor but my daughter had a serious break out this weekend. So I called Dr. Carr's office at 9:17 AM and spoke with Julian. We could not get in today with the new dermatologist. I was told Dr. Carr had an appointment today at 3:40 PM for today . We confirmed for that time. Then at 9:32 AM I received a call back from Julian who said she made a mistake. She was looking at tomorrow's schedule but Dr. Carr had availability today at 10:10 or 10:40 AM. We took the 10:10 AM APPOINTMENT with DR. CARR. JULIAN CALLS ME BACK AT 10:08 to tell me Dr. Carr had to leave the office, but she could see her PA. Advised no she wants to see the doctor but she is in the parking lot and walking in now. Plus why didn't she call earlier to advise of this. My daughter gets in there and then Julian LIES STATING she did not tell me that. This pissed me off. The office is stating they don't do same day appointments for Dr, Carr, Which I know not to be true because I have had them in the past. Dr. Carr was in the office. My daughter called me with the office manager who then proceeded to tell me the same. I told him I know what I was told and I don't appreciate Julian lying. She should admit with her whole chest what she did. I can accept a mistake vs someone lying about it on me. I know they don't care but patients time is just as important as the doctors. He claims they do care but no they don't. If they did they would have made it right. Dr. Carr did have an 10:10 appointment but because it was the same day they removed her from it. Make it make sense. I will say this with my whole chest I WILL NOT RETURN. I will tell my family who goes here because of me NOT TO GO THERE. I have been patient there and even didn't complain too much when I had an appointment and had to wait a long time. When I am not treated like they don't care it show me it's time for me to part ways. Also if you decide to use them follow your billing. They don't know what they are doing. My daughter has meet her deductible and only owes for her coinsurance. They told her that was meet for surgery only which is INCORRECT plus she hasn't had a surgeries. Make it make sense. I pray if you go here you get the treatment you need and deserve.
