I love this place! I had a mess of injuries due to running through some previous injury/imbalance. Eugene and Margo at the Ralston location have been fantastic. Eugene is great at communicating with me to find out exactly where the issues are (they tend to move and shift and change a bit week-to-week), and targeting them directly. Whether it be adjusting something new or maintaining the ongoing work, Eugene is on top of it. And although I've had some previous PT, the level of attentiveness that Margo shows when working on the actual exercise routine is beyond what I've had in the past. Margo makes the difficult stuff tolerable, she is solid in her knowledge of what needs to be accomplished, and she has always seemed like a champion of my progress. On top of all that, the office staff is super friendly and helpful, I can't even guess how many times Joanna has helped me with scheduling or billing or providing me with paperwork my insurance company requests. We saw Marc for the first time yesterday, I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He was kind and caring, friendly, and ready to get to work! None of this initial paperwork, "see you next time" nonsense. Marc dedicated every ounce of his attention to Kyle, pushed Kyle (in a good way) to work hard and to challenge himself in therapy. DANGER! Do NOT entrust your care to this organization!! Rehabilitation is much too important and this facility has terrible administrative issues. Please note this review is not about the therapists themselves but that hardly matters if you can't actually get in to see them. My insurance cleared me for 20 sessions without ANY time restrictions or expiration date. They were only "able" to get me in 5 times and that was a full five weeks after I was supposed to start. On the 6th appt they said they put their own end date in their system and therefore I couldn't be seen that day and had me fill out my forms all over again but after three phone calls over two weeks, I never got in again, nor were they able to email or print my exercises then or on any of my visits. And it's not just me, every single time I sat in the waiting room I watched them turn away people for various clerical reasons -- they literally sent elderly people home who had clearly gone to great lengths to secure transportation there. Turned away children whose parents had gotten time off to bring their children there. Offering no apologies, only random excuses about glitches in their computer system, just shameful. The facility is clean enough but the equipment is very old. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH. There are numerous facilities to choose from nearby and many more a short drive further. read more

I have been a client of Two Trees for over four years. I had tried other physical therapy places, and most of the time I got one appointment with the physical therapist and the rest of the appointments was just the exercises. Two Trees is different because you get 30 minutes with the physical therapist every single appointment. with particular note to this Two Trees facility, I see a therapist name Sarah, who works with my lymphatic system to decrease the swelling after a total knee replacement. She is excellent at what she does. I only wish they could clone her. read more

It seems there's no difference between locations, front desk personnel, therapists, and management at Two Trees Physical Therapy/Therapy Partners Group, in regards to their constant incompetence. * Sep. 6, 22: Last therapy prior to them submitting for authorization/additional sessions. * Sep. 7, 22: Authorization request submitted to health ins. (Confirmed by GCHP) * Sep. 13, 22: Authorization request approved by health ins. (Confirmed by GCHP) * Sep. 21, 22: Called and left message for therapist. Was told he does not have voice or email. I was trying to avoid dealing with the front desk, knowing they are part of the problem. No return call as of Oct. 10, 22. * Sep. 30, 22: Contacted Phil/Director to advise of the situation. Said he was "On it", said to let him know if I don't receive a call in the a.m. I never did receive a call... and I didn't let him know. Considering the previous and similar experience I had with their Oxnard/Stathem Blvd. location just months prior, you'd think he wouldn't just throw it back at me to follow up. I don't expect a call from these people... over a month now. I did contact my insurance to insure they don't get charged. Lack of training, poor training, untrainable or merely unqualified employees only points and places culpability at management. Oxnard/Stathem Blvd. - Review: 7/20/22 If you're in need of Occupational or Physical Therapy, consider anyone but 'Two Tree's Physical Therapy / Golden Bear Physical Therapy' at any of their locations. From the first call to my last visit, never got any actual therapy in the lightest bit. Miscommunication or lack of common sense between locales and staff seems to be what they excel at. Contacted the Ventura, Simi Valley, Camarillo and finally Oxnard locations to begin the process. Only to realize it was useless dealing with these people at every turn. Over the course of a month and a half, all I had was an evaluation, 1 cancelled appointment (by Oxnard location), and 1 appointment their system didn't register, so it wasn't valid. Even after I showed them the email reminder. They got authorization to begin therapy by my insurance 3 days after my evaluation and never contacted me to schedule. It wasn't till 14 days later, I called to inquire. Their excuse was they were busy and are trying to get caught up. If you're looking for miscommunication, misinformation, conjecture or fabricated excuses... they're perfect!!! read more

Sara Rodriguez has been very key to my recovery. While I still have some time to go with therapy, I have made great improvement since working with her. I really enjoyed my short stint at this facility. Sara, my physical therapist was lovely and so helpful! The two front receptionist were also a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! When the new year came, and my deductible reset - I was informed my new copay was $90 more and I opted out of continuing physical therapy. That's fine - but the attitude i observed from the girl behind the receptionist when notified I was not going to continue was just flat out rude. My excellent Physical Therapist Sarah Walington managed my entire recovery. She tailored a program of exercise therapy and massage specifically for me; to increase my stability, reduce my pain and rehabilitate and strengthen my knees and hips. Every single person on the staff is kind and caring, from front desk, to PTs and exercise therapy coachs. I had gone a year before seeking help on this and in less than 4 months the staff of Two Tree had whipped me back into shape. Over the past ten years I have gone to five different physical therapists here in Ventura. Everyone I dealt with has been warm and friendly and one therapist was exceptionally passionate about their work. A few weeks ago I started with Two Trees Physical Therapy. I have found them to be an order of magnitude above the rest. I have been working with CB who has an exceptional knowledge of the human body and musculature. The therapists work well together as a team and are continuously trying to make my treatment just right. Not doing a standard set of treatments but focused on finding what works well for me, changing as necessary to find treatment that works best. Had loss of range of motion and brutal neurological pain in one shoulder that then moved to the other shoulder. I could not lift my arms to put clothes on or wash under my arms in the shower. I had been under Chiro care on and off for years for back and neck issues. Chiropractic did not help this issue, in fact I believe it made it worse. Two Trees Physical Therapy saved my life!!!! The VA sent me to two trees and after a few months I had range of motion back and was able to get off night time gabapentin for pain. I really can't fully express in words how much I recommend these guys based on my experience. I hope that if you go here you have the same type of results, which is really all that matters. Saw different therapists going here, was a turn off at first but again, results told me it didn't matter and they were all pleasant to chat with. read more

I went to Two Trees for 12 sessions of physical therapy for my back and 12 for my hand after a work injury. (Note to self: Weekend warriori-ng with a jackhammer is not recommended for the over 40 set!) Overall an excellent experience: For the physical therapy, i spent an hour each visit with the therapist, usually Mark the owner, working the injured area, discussing the issues, etc. Then half an hour was spent with one of the trainers (Radika), learning and practicing relevant stretches. Mark or his assistants were also welcoming, understanding, and really knowledgable. They listened to my feedback and adjusted the wellness plan accordingly. Radika was especially helpful and thorough in helping me development proper stretching technique. For the hand/arm injury-the time was spent massaging, stretching, warming/electro-stimulation with Shanna. She too, was really awesome to work with. The front desk team, led by Brandy, were always helpful and positive and called me with a reminder the day before. The facilities were recently remodeled and are clean/inviting. The only small criticism I had was that there was a little wait on use for some of the hand therapy equipment, but this was resolved after a few sessions as the staff ordered more equipment to meet the demand. The hand therapy program was brand new when I attended, and this was likely the cause. read more

Highly recommend, staff is friendly, organized and if they remember fresh brewed coffee in the morning for customers. One thing I noticed every visit was how staff wiped down the equipment after each use.
