I would like to update my review as a thank you to Sam, Sage, and the entire staff at CPT/RPT. I had some challenges with 8 appointments in June being cancelled for some reason. I expressed my concerns to CPT management and they have been working with me to get me back in. After being out of PT for one month, I noticed all of the progress that I had made there had regressed and I was in bad shape. Thankfully, they were able to get me back on the schedule and I am very thankful for all they do. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Sam, Sage, and the CPT/RPT staff for working with me through the challenges, and helping me get back in with my favorite physical therapist, that has treated me for over a decade. If you are looking for a good physical therapy office in Ventura County, I strongly recommend Camarillo Physical Therapy and their other office, Reform Physical Therapy in WLV. read more

High. Quality friendly well run personal help for recovery! Very helpful staff Darin and Bree excellent professionals are very kind and motivational in helping you feel better! The best place I've been to get the help I need. read more

All of the therapists I had were great. They all work very differently but achieve the same result.

The therapists were good but the office staff are not great and get rude when you question them for not doing their job. There are far more superior facilities with far superior care. I'm glad I chose a different facility to continue my treatment. read more

Camarillo/Westlake Physical Therapy -it's difficult to get consistent appointments. They book you with Different physical therapist and if you request only seeing a few they give you the run around and don't get back to you. i have been told on 3 separate occasions they would get back to me with no response. Terrible way to run your business and such a huge disappointment. read more

Camarillo Physical Therapy is by far the best in Camarillo. I had a torn hamstring in 12/24 and the therapy I received elsewhere was not helpful. At Camarillo Physical Therapy I am finally getting strength training work and it is making a great difference. The therapists are very professional. The office is friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend. read more

I went to PT at Camarillo Physical Therapy and Reform Physical Therapy in Westlake. It was the best physical therapy I have received. Sage, Rayna and Taryn were amazing. Thank you. read more

Camarillo Physical Therapy has helped me through two hip replacements, a shattered femur and a total knee replacement. Lauren helped me to get my two hips to work properly again The service that is given by each therapist is wonderful. They spend 40 minutes with you and only you. I decided to play pickle ball unfortunately while I was playing, I fell down four times I thought I was going to have to give up a game that I loved. I turned to Camarillo Physical Therapy to see if they could help me. Kate was great. She developed personal to help me feel confidence in my balance, and to secure when I move side to side. Heren also worked with me to develop the confidence that I need to play. I have been playing for months. gave my life back to me. read more

I recently began rehab for a shoulder impingement due to a bone spur under my right clavicle. I called Camarillo Physical Therapy because of the wonderful reviews online. I was able to get in straight away and begin my therapy. The owner and the front desk crew are so kind and helpful. My husband has come with me the first few sessions and the owner made sure that my husband knew how to use the coffee machine and had plenty of magazines. I began with an intake appointment with Taryn. Taryn is very attentive and thorough with her assessment and the suggested initial exercises. She was also the therapist who worked with most recently. Taryn has hand of gold when it comes to therapeutic manual manipulation. I now need to figure out how I can bottle her technique and take it home (or just take Taryn home with me). I then worked with Karen for my first full therapy session. Karen is a master of knowledge of physiology and therapeutic technique. She is very detailed but also spends a great deal of time explaining each exercise and what it will improve. Karen is also willing to answer questions about my exercises even when she is not my assigned therapist. Karen is an expert without attitude. The third person I have worked with is Katie. Katie is very knowledgeable and also very personable. Not only does she do a great job teaching and improving my exercise technique, she also makes the session so much fun. I have learned a great deal from Katie about improving and stabilizing my physical abilities. If you are looking for a physical therapy location, I can't imagine that you could find any place better than Camarillo Physical Therapy. read more

I've been working with Katie for a little over a year. First, we worked on a meniscus tear and just got approval to work on long-term neck pain. She is fabulous and has helped me to strengthen my legs to compensate for the weakened knee. She is most professional and encouraging. My husband has also been going there to deal with rehab after surgery for a torn rotator cuff. He has worked with Katie and Zack mostly but has worked with other therapists there, too. The office staff is welcoming & organized. If you need PT, this is a great place to go! read more

I thought the girl who did my physical therapy was nice, as are the front desk girls. But holy cow, they will not stop calling me. Like multiple times in a day. And texts. They also said because insurance approved 12 visits that's how many I should come in, when that is entirely untrue. On my first visit, I was told what the problem was and how to correct it. She iced my knees and had me stretch for five minutes. Does that sound like something I need to pay a co-pay for 12 times?? read more

I saw Dr. Karen for my back/hip pain due to sciatica. She explained to me why I have to do these different stretches and why they are very important. She even showed me the best way to get up from bed, etc. I've seen a few physical therapists in the past but none was really knowledgeable as she is. All they did was massage my back, put a heating pad on, and attach these eletrical stimulants on my back. I would highly recommend Dr. Karen. read more

Outstanding! I've had bad experiences and results with prior providers. I was very hesitant to use CPT again notwithstanding my orthopedist's recommendation. So glad I did. My initial visit had me assigned to Hereen. He has renewed my faith in PT. He promptly and expertly pinpointed my area of need and concern. His hands on manipulations were "hurt so good" spot on in targeting the key area of weakness. His exercises, resistance band work, and stretching moves have resolved my very significant pain and lack of motion. I give Hereen full marks for getting me back to full pain free activity in a very reasonable number of sessions. And for giving me the tools to keep healthy, flexible and pain free. read more

Hip replacement. All the therapists are knowledgeable and great. I prefer Katie but all are excellent.

I have been seeing Sage for some time. She has kept be from having back surgery by her massage, manipulation, exercises and very caring attitude. The whole office is very kind and caring and will do anything to help. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Sharon M. read more

Camarillo Physical Therapy - Winning a 2nd and 3rd overall at her last competition. Thanks Camarilo Physical Therapy. - Physical Therapy Near Me - Camarillo, California

Consistently excellent care from this therapy group. Have had everything from mediocre to good therapy at other Camarillo physical therapy offices but Camarillo Physical Therapy tops them all. They've resolved various physical issues for my (now) 96 year old mother over the past few years. Next, we'll be back for her recovery from a total shoulder replacement. The therapists and aides here clearly work well together, with Sejal as the highly talented, dedicated foundation. Makes you feel like you're in good hands, even if your schedule requires you to switch now and then between therapists. read more

Over 30+ years of being a patient of a few physical therapy practices in Camarillo, both small through the largest, my 2020 - to current 9/2021 is the best and the ONLY one that followed all of the steps below. 1. At first meeting, the senior practitioner /owner examined x-rays, MRI's, referring physician's findings and performed a detailed physical examination and interview. 2. A customized set of remedial exercises /program was set. 3. Each session was initiated with heat pad followed by deep massage. 4. Exercises were assigned and done under supervision and for home. 5. Periodic follow up to change /modify/add exercises at the site we done. 6. This is currently and consistently followed. read more

An extremely welcoming and professional environment. The staff greets you by your first name and with a smile (even with masks on I can tell!) But I really have to express my gratitude to my PT Sejal. My body has been through the wire serving in three different military ops, all before the age of 27. She was able to release 10+ years of pain that was affecting my way of life. Most importantly, I appreciate that she promotes patient education and strives for long term stability. I look forward to many more sessions. read more

My podiatrist suggested I get physical therapy after my bunion surgery. I always Yelp everything and luckily I saw this business. After reading all the positive reviews I made an appointment. I am so glad I came here. There aren't a lot of patients all at once getting physical therapy. It's nice to have one on one assistance with everyone. The staff is extremely nice. I enjoy coming here and getting to know everyone personally. I definitely recommend coming here for physical therapy. I have been to other places and they do not compare to Camarillo Physical Therapy. I will be sad when I no longer have to get physical therapy. read more

I have been going to Camarillo Physical Therapy for treatments to my neck, lower back, knees and hip. Sage has been a miracle worker for me! She treats the whole body, not just the injured or surgically repaired body parts. She knows by treating the whole body, she can achieve a balanced result. I have referred her to many of my friends and family members all who have had positive results. I highly recommend Sage and everyone who works at Camarillo Physical Therapy. read more

I have had 35 years of chronic neck issues including replaced discs and fusion. I've been to many physical therapists over the years. Most give a standard set of exercises to do. At Camarillo Physical Therapy, they take an individualized approach with ongoing evaluation of results and changes to treatments as necessary. They are hands on more than any therapist I've been to and it makes a difference. I went in for a shoulder injury and ended up getting my neck treated. I've been given all kinds of tools to keep the pain in check while returning to be active. read more

First time I have had any kind of physical therapy. I had a shoulder injury and my doctor prescribed physical therapy before recommending surgery. I read the excellent reviews on Camarillo Physical Therapy and knew it was the place for me. It's a very nice, very clean well run office. Jenn was my therapist and she is excellent.....also very nice and personable. I'm sure all the therapists are great, but if I ever need more pt for anything, I will definitely go back here and request Jenn. The aides helped me with my exercises.....they are also all excellent. My shoulder has healed very well and no surgery will be needed. Highly recommend this group. read more

I worked at CPT for a brief period and had to leave due to relocation issues. As a licensed PT, I found Sage and her team's approach to be patient friendly. CPT advocates for evidence based learning through Con Ed courses and encourages clinical certification for self advancement. Their team was easy to work with and drama- free. Ample parking space with a nice location. read more

Sej is a true healer. I have chronic neck pain and migraine headaches. She works on my neck when I have flare ups and encourages me to improve my overall health (stress levels included!). I also came to her when I had an acute low back pain episode and wasn't able to work. She did myofascial release, spinal mobilizations and kinesiotaping on me, which helped me get back to work the next day. Her knowledge of the body is beyond the physical aspect, she truly heals holistically. I think what sets her apart is that she is passionate with her work and you really feel that as a patient. read more

Sage is a true healer. I've suffered from chronic neck pain and TMJ disorder for 25+ years. I've received chiropractic care, massage, and acupuncture treatments for the last 15 years...None of which have given me the relief that Sage has given me in less than 5 myofascial release treatments. I'm in a state of disbelief, really. I've lived with and dealt with pain for so long that I didn't know I could truly heal. Sage spends a great deal of time working hands on with her patients. The suggestions she gives me for stretches and exercises are right on in terms of what helps me feel better on a daily basis. The other staff members are very friendly and helpful too. I'm thrilled I discovered this gem of a facility, to say the least. read more

Camarillo Physical Therapy is an amazing place. Not only is their office staff professional, organized and caring, Sej and Barrett are phenomenal. I have been seeing both Sej and Barrett for chronic back and neck pain. Camarillo PT definitely takes a holistic approach to pain and how it affects the body and it is their goal to work side by side with their patients to heal the body from within. I have been to several PTs over the years and never have I felt as balanced or as good as I do after I see Sej or Barrett. I. have also never been reinjured which has happened to me several times at other PTs due to lack of care and/or knowledge. I can say that Sej and Barrett truly care about their patients and are sure to take their time with each and every one of us. They are deliberate, cautious and extremely honed in on their craft. It is because of this, that I feel better than I ever have which has improved my quality of life significantly. I was in consistent, excruciating pain all the time and Sej and Barrett's approach to Physical Therapy is a natural solution for pain management. I have never felt such relief. I cannot recommend Sej, Barrett and Camarillo PT enough. They have both changed my life for the better and I'm forever grateful for their passion and expertise. read more

I am an acute care physical therapist and after a low back injury was really struggling to find relief with my usual stretching and strengthening exercises. I was referred to Camarillo PT by my insurance and after reading their great reviews online decided to give them a try. My PT Anne was great. She did some amazing manual treatments to help calm my muscles down and correct my spinal movement. We worked together on appropriate exercises and she gave me some helpful tips on car modifications for driving since sitting was my biggest limitation. I am now back to work and functioning at 100%. I couldnt say enough good things about them. And of course they are following strict COVID-19 guidelines to keep everyone safe. read more

I have been to many physical therapists over the years due to the progression of my scoliosis, and my quest to at least slow it down. Realizing that it can't be stopped, it was imperative to find a physical therapist who had the experience and knowledge to aid me in mine and my doctor's search to achieve the slow down. I found it over 3 years ago with Segal Doshi and Camarillo Physical Therapy. Her Myofascial techniques have at the very least kept my scoliosis at a much slower progression rate, while also keeping my pain easier to Manage. I realize that this is a life commitment for me in order to better enjoy my everyday activities and quality of life, and I will continue to enjoy my physical therapy time with Camarillo Physical Therapy as long as I can. read more

I had my shoulder replaced, and found CPT by serendipitous accident. Barrett and Sejal are simply the best. From basically coming out of a sling 6 weeks after surgery, to being back in the gym, working out, and being able to do just about anything with my shoulder in less than 8 weeks is simply amazing. The front desk, the support staff, and everyone you deal with couldn't be more competent, nicer, or professional. I've had PT in the past, and these folks take it to a whole different level.
