I sought out Dr. Nenny to help me during my third trimester of pregnancy for major pelvic and wrist pain. We worked together twice a week to help strengthen my pelvic floor and full body to help manage the pain significantly. She also did some manual tissue work and lymphatic draining to help me. I'm SPC Ornelas with the Army National Guard, and this was my first real injury as a soldier--a ligament tear in my foot that completely changed my life for an entire year. I saw multiple doctors, specialists, even the VA... and still, my foot kept getting worse. No one really took the time to understand what was going on or how much it was affecting me. I have had the best experience working with Dr. Oliveros more! I've been seeing her for about 2 months to address low back pain, hip pain, and numbness in my foot. She is truly an expert. I love how she pairs hands-on soft tissue work with exercises. She has also given me great care utilizing her pelvic floor training, which has helped my back and hip pain. She gives me exercises that match my interests of yoga and pilates and is diligent about creating and sending home exercise programs. Nenny is awesome! Everyone in the office is friendly! I look forward to my visits because I know they will make me ultimately feel better, she sends me home with exercises and knowledge to help me in order to continue improving. Nenny has a well rounded knowledge of not only the intricacies of the muscles and bones, but also how to make the body work better as a whole. I have been seeing her for the last two years and she has truly been a miracle worker. First my knee and now my ankle/Achilles. I will say I didn't expect to look forward to Physical Therapy sessions but I do now. The workout and the exercises provided have really helped my bad shoulder and my bad knee. Nenny does an excellent job of explaining why I'm doing what I'm doing which helps me understand the targeted exercises and stretches have already gone a long way and I've only yet started. I had a major right arm humerus fracture and shoulder dislocation construction surgery, 2 weeks after my surgery I started my PT with Dr. Nenny ( Dr. Yunnuen), my movements were so limited that I resisted very hard not to cry in my first visit. She was so knowledgeable about my injury that after every therapy I was visibly more flexible, even in one month period progress was so magical that my surgeon was celebrating with me. Nenny was also very caring to massage my scar carefully that even my scar healing was also quick and less visible as time passed. PT is a very important part of recovery after surgery, I was lucky to find the right one and I am so thankful for my professional therapist Dr. Nenny that it has been a wonderful healing experience, my recovery is fabulous.
