Eugene is great at communicating with me to find out exactly where the issues are (they tend to move and shift and change a bit week-to-week), and targeting them directly. Whether it be adjusting something new or maintaining the ongoing work, Eugene is on top of it. And although I've had some previous PT, the level of attentiveness that Margo shows when working on the actual exercise routine is beyond what I've had in the past. Margo makes the difficult stuff tolerable, she is solid in her knowledge of what needs to be accomplished, and she has always seemed like a champion of my progress. On top of all that, the office staff is super friendly and helpful, I can't even guess how many times Joanna has helped me with scheduling or billing or providing me with paperwork my insurance company requests. The…read moreparking spaces seem really tight and due to there being multiple businesses, a bit congested. I went for a short while and I got a ride as well. So it wasn't an issue for me. But it is something to think about. The waiting room seems to get overcrowded a lot. I think it is not streamlined enough. The hand therapy is at some tables. I also used a bench/table for core work and a strap setup to do, very low end for me, cross fit type exercises. There is a large room with stationary bikes, treadmills, weights, etc. I received some personal advice from Nicola, that was very helpful. And continues to be so. I am very glad I went here. A little cramped in certain areas, but was a good spot for me.

When we came last January for a trial day I knew that we would have substantial challenges moving into a classroom setting. Our son was diagnosed at an early age and does have severe symptoms, as well as being non verbal. But after spending the last four years with various agencies in the DTT model at home, we were ready for a change. After our intake assessment, it was clear that our son wasn't ready for a classroom setting. So instead they made the offer for us to access the clinic for ABA and push into the Academy over time. He's really blossomed in this model. He's totally acclimated to the classroom now, and will be moving into the classroom full time soon. Any complaints I've had have been met with solutions and if there was a problem they could not solve they referred me to someone who could. Mr. Sam and Karlie are great teachers, and the classroom is amazing. Music therapy is twice a week and they have clinics for OT and speech. Once a month there are Saturday camps, and Friday evening camps as well. These don't have an additional cost except for siblings and as long as you have therapy hours available. Holiday events have been so much fun! The school doesn't require verbal only like every other competitor in the area that refuses to serve any other population other than tier 1 verbal kids. So that was a huge plus for us. The program is year round. Overall we are really satisfied, and look forward to the 2019-2020 school year.

The staff treated him like family and took exceptional care of him. The facility was extremely clean . We would not hesitate to put a family member there again if needed. I also really enjoyed that my son was able to go into the dinning room and have his meals with the other patients. Care Meridian also takes the patients out for special outings which my son loved!
