I bet their sushi is better, but I always try the ramen, which is very basic. They only have miso/dashi/soy soup which does taste a little plain. Pork belly is only available with udon noodles, which I find disappointing - because the meat is very delicious and I want it with thinner noodles!
Tried the vegetarian ramen - way too much spring onion for my taste, as it lingers in the mouth long after the meal. The egg is slightly overcooked here compared to other places. I'm imagining they have reasons for their plain ways of ramen, being at an airport and all... but I feel their soup needs to be fuller in taste to reach adequate potential.
I do hope they can look to oslo's ramen bars Koie and Sapporo for inspiration, since both have very good ramen. Despite Two Tigers' plainliness, I always stop by to try when I visit oslo airport. read more
