As we entered the estate we were greeted my the host as my friends had reservations and since it was a hot day we did our tasting inside with a wonderful window view of the vineyards. We were each giving a glass of the Pinot Noir Rose which was absolutely refreshing and delicious this was actually my favorite wine. We had wine tasting of both Red and White wines. I am more of a Pinot Noir drinker than Chardonnay. Every tasting we had was really good, but no of them topped that fantastic Rose. Ursula, I believe was her name was our wine host is she was amazing and explained the different wines and the vineyards and where their grapes are grown. After out tasting we had a really nice picnic outside and enjoyed each others company. I would definitely come back without a doubt.

We know we like Pinot Noirs so when we started diving into the reds, thats when we started figuring out what we liked. As there's been a lot of rain lately, the mile .4 drive up to the top of the wine tasting area was extremely muddy. However, I didn't realize how muddy until we sat down and noticed mud on our pants I suppose from getting out of my car. When I arrived home, I could not believe how much mud was on the side of my car, my tires & my wheel wells. Perhaps the owners could put some more gravel down? I do know that I wouldn't drive up this road in the future after it's been rainy. But all in all a delightful experience. In the past, I've used the hiking trails, which are really nice. However, you need to be a club member to do so and I was with someone who belonged to their wine club. As we've had rain on and off the last few days.
