Shea did a great job during the inspection of our future condo. He did a 360 camera documentation and provided detailed documentation on all findings that we used to support our request to the sellers. He showed up early and provided the report the same day. He also explained all items in the condo that we weren't sure of. When he introduced himself to us he said, "I've got you on this." -- Mike read more

Two Moose was easy to book and schedule. They didn't try to push a ton of add ons and or packages. They kept things simple. When you're buying a place there's a million things to consider so just a few less decisions is greatly appreciated. Shea was awesome. Flexible and easy to coordinate with. Thorough and thoughtful. He was detailed, and made easy things seem and feel easy, and stuff you should take more seriously, he treated them as such. Great work and I recommend! read more

Even worse than unprofessionalism, I didn't appreciate the lies around the explanation around the lack of information about the cancellation. Appointment was booked over the phone for Monday, April 14, and no one informed me about the cancelation but I got to know about the cancellation today (less than 2 business days before the scheduled inspection day) when I called the office for something else. What's more ridiculous is even after acknowledging over the phone today that they failed to inform me they are lying that someone informed me within few hours. read more

Provided excellent service for our home inspection. Arrived on time, was thorough with findings and feedback on findings. Would use again.

Professional, attentive and friendly. Inspected the 2800 ft house we are purchasing. Knowledgeable of all the home systems. Produced comprehensive documentation to include photos of the entire property and all findings. Shea spent all the time we needed after his inspection going over all findings, answering or addressing any additional questions on property and explaining what to look out for or to what maintenance expectations to plan for. Having someone with history in the area is also a major plus. Would definitely use Two Moose again and recommend to others. read more

Highly recommend Two Moose. When checking prices, we were down to Two Moose and Tiger. Two Moose was cheaper by about 20%, and had better reviews overall so we went with them even though our realtor recommended Tiger. We are glad we did. Setting up the inspection was easy, and we were assigned to Shea Lydon. Shea was a pleasure to work with. When we first got there, we discussed various options we could add to our inspection, and he was open and honest about the options and the potential value (or lack thereof) of each. After he started the inspection, Shea was happy to answer any questions I had, and was extremely thorough. His report was also thorough and extremely easy to read. We are very happy we went with Two Moose. Thanks Shea! read more

Two Moose was a fantastic home inspection experience. Everything was smooth and easy, from the online automated signup and online scheduling, to the email reminders and prep leading up to the date, to the inspection and payment, and through the report and resolution. Jon went above and beyond what we expected from a home inspector--he even called the listing agent to notify them of a leak found during inspection, which helped minimize the damage caused by the leak, and put us in a great position to negotiate in some additional concessions during closing. The final report was detailed, easy to review, fully digital, and made the inspection objection process very simple. I found Two Moose through online research, and although my agent had never worked with them, Two Moose is now on the short list of top inspectors in the area they recommend. Thanks Jon! read more
