Even worse than unprofessionalism, I didn't appreciate the lies around the explanation around the lack of information about the cancellation. Appointment was booked over the phone for Monday, April 14, and no one informed me about the cancelation but I got to know about the cancellation today (less than 2 business days before the scheduled inspection day) when I called the office for something else. What's more ridiculous is even after acknowledging over the phone today that they failed to inform me they are lying that someone informed me within few hours. read more
