Blake and Laura are AMAZING in every way. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We used Blake on an inspection in April for the purchase of a home and his report was the most thorough inspection report I have ever seen. He found big items that ended up being dealbreakers for us on this deal but when we got into contract on another house 6 weeks later I told my broker I would not use any other inspector but Blake and prayed he was not booked. Laura is also amazing. We had to reschedule a few times the first time and she still managed to get us an appointment before our inspection period was up. This go around she did everything to get us an appointment asap and we were able to get one 2 days after MEC. Blake is incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all my questions.
