Ron and his team were as advertised and over-delivered on my expectations. As previous home builders themselves, they were extremely knowledgeable and in-depth in their inspection. They were sensible when pointing out issues without being alarmist. The team of 3 walked me through the home and answered every questions I had - often times providing more context and understanding that helped save me a significant amount of time during due diligence. They found a number of items that caused me to pause, and to think about how much work I wanted to take on in this home. Mike was great, and he explained to me the issues that he found, and how and why they were doing certain tests. In the inspection, Mike found mold in the attic, and that was something I did not want to deal with as a new home owner. In the end, we walked away from that deal due to some of the deficiencies that Mike found in this home, and some of the expected future costs that we would have had upcoming for maintenance.
