Martin, the owner, came out and did all the measurements, made recommendations, and worked with me to coordinate tearing out the old carpet, giving me a week to paint, and then having his guys return to do the installation after the painting was done. Alison, Terry and Therese were all involved at various times, and everyone went out of their way to make a very bad situation better. The carpet looks great, and Martin even repaired two of the stairs that the aforementioned tenants had broken. Great work, great service, and a great result.
