Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

In addition to the general cleaning we get every couple weeks for the whole house, I've had a couple tough projects come up that I've asked them for help with, and I was really impressed with how well they did. They're really skilled and my house looks like new when they leave. They care a lot about doing a thorough job. They're also really friendly and it's nice to chat with them. Highly recommend Roochii in general and this team in particular!

Owner (Eric Conner) was very arrogant when I finally 4-5 months later tried to get his help, he knows he owns a business in a very small town so he knows he's winning so he doesn't care what happens. All in all my insurance paid them WAY TOO much money, and they didn't deserve prob 1/4 of it. Hell of nice to own a business in a small town and take advantage of the local people. This guy gets over on the insurance company and the locals. And oddly enough I'm not the first person to deal with this from Eric conner, it becomes more obvious that his business drives on insurance claims so he can exaggerate them n make money from them. It's pretty poor business practice. Worse of it is he knows it and gives zero cares!!!

After setting up a meeting time, and a walkthrough, I was told I would get a quote the same day (because I was in a rush) I however, did not receive it until the next day. The quote was based on nothing that I asked for - instead, they gave me a breakdown for a yearly estimate. Then when I asked for clarification (because I wanted a one-time clean from the start) I was met with confusion and aversion. I was told very limited information about hourly pricing (which changes during business hours) but they would not explain ANYTHING to me. I was told they no longer have availability for up to 3 weeks and that they don't have a daytime crew. None of this was told to me at the beginning or else I wouldn't have wasted my limited time trying to work with them.

In the past, we had a set price that was expected this time around, but that was not the case. She raised the pricing without communicating it with me prior to the job being completed and no visual on her website. She provided us a time (3pm) that she would be there to clean our small condo (2-bed/2-bath). when a family member of ours showed up to go skiing, he found her employee and his kid sitting in our condo not doing anything and relaxing. How do you not communicate with your customer that you will be bringing a family member to your customer's place. She then said that the job (a job that took my son and his friends 2-hours to do before they left the day before) would take a 2nd day. Probably because her employee didn't do anything the first day. Then when my family member came back the next day, he found that her employee had left our condo unlocked overnight! Very unprofessional because she mentioned while communicating with me that they would lock up when they left. Finally, when communicating my frustration with her, she was straight up rude and aggressive towards me via phone and text. Lying and saying that she communicated pricing to me. We will never be using this service again and we highly recommend nobody else does!
