His team painted our garage, stained the deck, has done touch-ups, etc., all in a very timely and high-quality manner. When Lowe's was not able to install two upstairs windows that we purchased from them due to staffing issues, Austin stepped in to save the day. He was able to get the windows installed within the week, and his team fixed the drywall and painted -- getting the job done fast before our tenants moved in. 5 stars all the way! We will use Mid-Valley again, and soon. Thanks, Austin!

I was particularly pleased with the supervisor assigned to the job, Gregg Blumenreich, who continually kept me updated while carefully selecting colors that closely matched what I was looking for. Allman took the steps to make sure that the work was performed correctly while other contractors excluded the more difficult work from their quote-such as sanding by saying it was not necessary while I knew that in fact it was an important part of the project. Unfortunately, as he requested, I paid for it mostly upfront (my bad). Learning lesson. From the beginning we had issues with the painting details of the project. Mediocre job with nails left in wall, damaged portions of the wall were just painted right over instead of corrected, window sills left without paint and underneath windows there were spots not even painted at all. The work seemed robotic and rushed. There was very little communication which lead to problems because things had to be corrected after the fact and Brian's attitude was difficult to work with. He was surprised when I was upset because he left my door unlocked for two days in an apartment building with residents and short term rental guests who walk by constantly. Pride of work, attention to detail, and care and concern for the customer was barely existent. He even had me venmo his girlfriend for payment, Karen Nelson which I thought was unprofessional. He had asked me if I wanted references, but I did not take them. I wish I would have asked more questions before I hired Brian and High Roller Painting. This could be a scam because as I said, only partially finished the job and now he is unreachable. Very disappointed and I would definitely steer clear away from this company.
