Pillar to Post did a great job on a recent home inspection for a property I was looking to…read morepurchase. They found a number of items that caused me to pause, and to think about how much work I wanted to take on in this home. Mike was great, and he explained to me the issues that he found, and how and why they were doing certain tests. In the inspection, Mike found mold in the attic, and that was something I did not want to deal with as a new home owner. In the end, we walked away from that deal due to some of the deficiencies that Mike found in this home, and some of the expected future costs that we would have had upcoming for maintenance. Its a relief that we did not go forward on that deal. I fully recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to call Pillar to Post.

Pillar to Post missed several significant and obvious problems that were not mentioned on their…read morereport. I hired them from out of town and my realtor attended the inspection. Approximately $10,000 of repairs that I discovered that I will not be able to address. A wood double patio door is severely rotted and needs to be replaced, multiple screens are not operable, toilet leaking, shut off valve leaking, kitchen cabinets cut down, window locks missing. Pillar to Post did not respond to questions I have about the report. It has been 2 weeks since I emailed them the questions. Response to Paul A.: see report in pictures - it was Cullen who performed the inspection. I emailed him and did not receive a response 2 weeks ago. It was certainly your organization who performed a mediocre home inspection.

We recently hired Jeremy to complete an inspection for a home purchase in Steamboat. We were on a quick timeline and he was able to schedule an inspection within 3 days. He spent 4 hours at a relatively small house to ensure a very thorough report. We highly recommend hiring PSI Inc when purchasing a home in Routt County.

Jeremy responded within an hour and booked me the following week. He kept in touch without being overbearing. His report included multiple pictures and details, and was made available the next day. It included electrical, cistern, water heater, heat signatures, structural concerns including foundation, roof, deck, crawlspace and general lot concerns. Because of his report, we decided to back out of the property we would have potentially overpaid on as it was marked up 330% from purchased price only 3 years prior, on a mobile built in 1975 that would have been a money pit. Well worth the price for peace of mind.

Anne and Kat kept us updated with detailed analytics on showings, prospect activity, and market interest throughout the listing process, which gave us real confidence in our pricing and strategy. The property preparation, positioning, and marketing were truly best in class. The photography, interactive staging, and overall online presentation of our listing were exceptional. Beyond the results, what really set Anne and the team apart was the personal touches. She and her team treated us like partners in the process, not just clients, welcoming feedback and adjusting quickly whenever needed. The thoughtful gestures along the way made the entire experience feel personal, not transactional. We felt supported every step of the way and would work with them again without hesitation.
