I chose Golden Eagle based on the very knowledgeable expertise of the estimator (Christian), who also stayed involved with the job through completion to ensure the work was done correctly and consistently with the bid. I also appreciated how they calibrated the bid to include only what I was interested in having done, which went a long way in my choosing them over their competitors. The installers showed up on time each day until completion and did a good job cleaning up after themselves and protecting my floor from entryway to the utility room. Attention to detail was outstanding and included them addressing some minor concerns I brought up during the installation process. They were very professional and did a quality job at a fair price. The guys clearly took a lot of pride in their work and doing things right, even when that meant a little extra time and effort. (I would also note that their Office Admin Christina was very accommodating and a joy to work with as well).

He explained everything to me and used a lot of equipment to test my ac handler in my condo. I called 5 companies and had them come out. Ultimately, Rich was the first person, and he was with RH, to actually get into the ac system. Some contractors told me I would have to cut into my wall. Rich went in and accessed the system with no problems. Matthew thoroughly examined and resolved the issues. I like that he explained everything to me and backed it up with equipment readings that he showed me. They did not try to sell me refrigerant. He showed me why my ac refrigerant levels were fine. He was honest and knew what he was doing. It was a relief to find the right people. Also they charged a fair price. The office staff is also very nice and has good customer service skills.

He worked on our furnace and did not follow suggestions I made in flushing lines before doing the other repair work. Reports to me he needs to replace a valve at three times the cost I found online with the same part number.
