He was incredibly informative, gave me multiple options, and even after priding the job with several other local plumbers, I chose to go with FPH. Since then, I don't call anyone else. They've handled a major clean-out when I had a serious backup, fixed multiple leaks (shower & sink), and taken care of several other issues. Every experience has been excellent. Alex in the office is always responsive and great at explaining estimates, and they consistently get them out quickly. Esmeralda, who is often the first point of contact, is kind, knowledgeable, and asks all the right questions to get things moving efficiently. All of the technicians who have come to my home have been professional, polite, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything and always clean up afterward. We also gave them another project that took them over a year to complete! They could not fix the issue, and the proceeded to send us a bill for 3k. They are unreliable, understaffed, lack communication, and are grossly overpriced.... save yourself some money and frustration! They also handed out our personal information to a third and fourth party without our consent.
