Suddenly they found two heat exchangers available from the manufacturer and this would cost me $5,000 ish. This did not smell right to me so I didn't move forward. Then I received a bill for almost $500. There is no indication on their website nor verbally was I told of their charging for an inspection. I thought ithe charge was egregious.
