The in-house staff is responsive and knowledgeable. It's always easy to get good, honest answers to questions. We chose a pet friendly nylon from Shaw and are happy with the carpet itself. But I do have a few issues. 1. They require payment in full in advance. I get it since their installers are outsourced. But I prefer working with more customer-centric businesses. 2. The installation was not the best. The team was not as considerate as we hoped. They did show up on time and verify they had the right product. Great. Once they got to work, they blasted music without asking. Since my husband and I work from home, we asked them to turn it down/off. Which they did without complaint. Later, one of the guys used the primary toilet for some time without asking. Granted, we could have shown them which toilet we wanted them to use. I just feel the primary bedroom's toilet is off limits in any home. I wish they had asked which bathroom to use instead. The cleanup was also rushed, so they missed a big area where fibers fell that we cleaned up ourselves. While they did move furniture (which we paid for), we're pretty sure they damaged an expensive dresser but we can't prove it. If you hire them to move furniture, photograph it in detail right beforehand. Any one of these things in isolation wouldn't have mattered. But by the end of it I was pretty frustrated. None of this speaks to the staff of Carpet Exchange. As I said, they are excellent. The carpet is reasonably priced for the quality. But because of the install, I'm not sure I'd use the company again.

Not only did a comparable product come in 1600 less, they were willing to measure free of charge to ensure they could do my main desk without a seam. It turned out that one wasn't needed as they suspected. The measure went well- they pointed out an issue with the previous desk supports, and I was able to get this addressed ahead of time. They were able to deliver on the installation, and I was happy with the final product. In the end, they were focused on my needs, which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend this location.

Carpet Exchange - Scraps that they say were left over. They were so kind to leave them with us.

Their prices were competitive - not the cheapest but in the ballpark. The installers (not employees of Carpet Exchange) were excellent. Undeterred, we browsed the carpet and countertop materials. We are excited we will be doing both 2,000 sq. ft of flooring AND a new 72' of kitchen countertop this fall. We gave all our information to Alex, took a carpet sample and were told Josh would contact us to come to our house and measure. We were a bit puzzled when we noticed the Labor Day Sale ad continued to run the rest of the week and all the next weekend. Monday came and Josh called. We went back and forth on a good date for him to come measure. We settled on Thursday afternoon, the 14th. On Wednesday the 13th, however, Josh called me while I was out of the house and said he was on his way. I told him our appointment was for the 14th and we were not home. He said he could not do the next day and I asked about Friday the 15th. He said he would have to call me back. On Friday, I missed a call from Alex, asking if we had heard from Josh. On Monday, I called Alex back and she was not in the showroom, so I left a message. I told the person that took my message that I would reach back out to Josh since he had not called me back. I called Josh and got his voicemail and left a message that I want to reschedule. Today is Thursday, Sept 21st and I have not heard from either Alex or Josh again. Sorry, Carpet Exchange, you have too much competition for me to chase you. We are moving on to another company that actually wants our business and can handle making a mere timely phone call.

I have had experience in the past with carpet exchange and it has always been positive. This one…read morewas positive until install day and this isn't the installers fault. I was told that they would be painting the floors with oil based kilz. I inherited a home that had a lot of cat urine odor upstairs. I was told that the oil based kilz is what would seal it in. They swore up and down that it would work and I wouldn't need to replace the sub floor. Install day they painted the floor with kilz. The installers said it was water based. I asked them how ling it would take to dry. I called and spoke to Jimmy the manager. He was rude and told me there was no plab to put on the oil based. I specifically talked to Josh who told me that he would change the order and that the oil would be the best at killing the urine smell. Jimmy's solution have the installers spray paint the areas with kilz.... My solution I will sue carpet exchange if I have to have this new carpet pulled to replace a sub floor. I trusted what they said a out the oil based kilz. I have read the water doesn't work as good.

There is a great selection of materials at this location so I was happy to have Daisy assist me in finding the right flooring for my home. It is so beautiful and I love it! Also, I was on a tight time crunch to get back in my home after a water damage claim and Daisy was instrumental in getting me back by expediting shipping and communicated with me on the timing of my materials delivery so my contractor was available and ready when they came in. HUGE thank you to Carpet Exchange and Daisy! I highly recommend your location for selection, service and value.
