Approximately $10,000 of repairs that I discovered that I will not be able to address. A wood double patio door is severely rotted and needs to be replaced, multiple screens are not operable, toilet leaking, shut off valve leaking, kitchen cabinets cut down, window locks missing. Pillar to Post did not respond to questions I have about the report. It has been 2 weeks since I emailed them the questions.
