Saturday morning they contacted me to relay the pick-up prior to mine turned out to be more than expected and they would be a bit late. I've gotta give it to them, they called 3 times. This time when I called at 3:40 p.m. another lady said she was unable to tell me if I had an appointment or not, she didn't have access. She said she would forward my name and number to the manager. As of 6:40 p.m. never heard back. It doesn't matter now because I found someone else. But still no show no phone call.
