They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.

Dispatcher Kayla did a great job keeping us informed about the arrival of Alex, the tow operator. Based on our situation, he did the best he could to help us out. Due to the distance from our home to their shop, we decided to transport the car to Pleasant Street Auto for repair. On Monday I spoke with Steven to discuss the situation, and he was very thorough and analytical as he listened to my story leading up to the car breakdown. The shop was able to repair the car Monday afternoon and I picked it up Tuesday morning. Considering we were in a bind and at their mercy, I feel that we were treated very fairly and not taken advantage of. Walking into the office to pay the bill, I could tell that they take an interest in the concerns of their customers - even offering a box of Girl Scout cookies as a "thank you"!
