So I knew it needed to be remounted and balanced. I called up TW, and Walter said they could squeeze me in because of the urgent nature of my wife needing the car for travel. And this despite their heavy workload with all the winter changeovers this time of year. They got me right in and taken care of quickly. Most surprising, they didn't charge me, even though I hadn't bought the tires and wheels there. "You're a regular, don't worry about it." I'm not promising that they would do that for every customer. But I feel it's indicative of their overall approach to business.

I made an appointment to have both items addressed. Instead of fixing the issues they charged me $200 to confirm that indeed the truck was throwing a code and the block heater cord needed replace (they originally wanted $400). I spent an hour there as well as the $200 and my vehicle still needs repair. They did indicate that if I had the work done I would get the $200 credited to the bill. The estimate was outrageous! Over $400 to replace a FILTER. Remove 8 bolts and install a $130 part, reverse the process. Maybe 1/2 hour of labor. NO way! Again go somewhere else!
