Interpersonal skills somewhat lacking. Did not inspire a lot of confidence. (2) Was recommended new tires (Nexen CP672) that should not have been recommended. Researched afterwards and found that reviews were unanimous in that these tires were not to be used in wintry conditions. I live in Vermont, so will try to survive the next two or three winters before replacing.   (3) Was not informed about waiting area (hidden behind row of tires). Instead, sat on dirty worker's chair outside of building. (4) Advertisement on counter says free check of battery, brake lines, belts, fluids, filters, and more. Upon inquiry, however, told that Tire Warehouse only checks battery. That's false advertising. Will try Brattleboro Tire next time.

Office manager again gives me while I'm not sure what we're gonna do. I said I can't be without a car for two weeks I have doctors appointment which I've been canceling because of them. They then told me on Saturday I hope your car is done. Well Saturday evening I go out after they've said my car is all put back together and all of a sudden my traction light comes on. Then my brake lights flashing call them let them know they still can't tell me when this can get fixed telling me it's safe to drive etc. Then the shop manager tells me to call him Monday morning because he'll know whether or not his mechanic will be back in because he got a follow up doctors appointment after having the surgery which is fine. But then never called me I have to call him at 10 AM tells me well he's still going to be out we don't know when he's gonna be back well you would think with the follow up doctors appointment they would have an idea when he can return to work. But again I say OK as long as I can drive it Go out to drive it in my car stuck in the parking brake can't even move it my husband had to get it out now they're trying to say oh maybe it's the parking brake really because that wasn't an issue Then today I have to go to urgent care because I got something in my finger I go to leave and now my tire is up in to my wheel well. I never had these issues prior to having the work done. I know I did have certain worked on yes control arms ball joints and they said it's all good to go yet this fucking happens I gave them $1329 and now I might not even have a car at the end of us and they already cash the check before I can stop payment. Went to the Hinsdale, NH Walmart to have my winter tires switched to my regular tires. Waited 30…read moreminutes to be called by the Attendant who told me that they couldn't switch my tires because my car is AWD and the tires are for a Front Wheel Drive vehicle. I explained my car is not AWD it is FWD and they have switched the exact same tires on the exact same vehicle last year. The Manager said "well, actually one of the treads on one of my tires is worn and I would have to buy a new tire." So I asked are you saying you can't switch my tires because there is a worn tread on one of the tires or because you believe my car is AWD. He said "well it says AWD when I look it up." I got the sense they just didn't want to do the tire switch. I made a complaint to the General Store Manager. She said she was going to be sure the complaint was filed, but I seriously doubt it. Would strongly advise not going to the Hinsdale Walmart for any automotive reasons.
