Tommy was courteous, kind, helpful, professional, and considerate of the young driver. Tommy even came back to meet us when we got to our son to make sure everything was alright and helped us load the car on a trailer to get it home from there. Tommy did a wonderful job and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a tow.

Erik's staff were very helpful, respectful, and honest about the situation. Knowing that the shop that had done the original repair was refusing to honor their warranty (presenting a legal issue), Erik's wrote out an thorough description of what they saw when they looked at my car and spent some time talking to me about potential solutions when I was done. They said they would email me a full estimate later. The waiting room was a bit chilly, but they do have space heaters. Overall the waiting area is cleaner than those of other independent repair shops that I've visited in the past. It was a professional experience overall and I recommend them.

After having Jim's charge me double from what they quoted me, I finally found T&J Auto. Hands down the most honest and reliable mechanic around. He will definitely be my mechanic from now on. I finally found a honest one. Thank you T&J Auto

They had to run into town to get the right battery for me, but they were super fast and all at the very end of the day in a crazy snow storm. The head guy was incredibly nice but also totally honest. I would consider moving to Ludlow just to have this man as my regular mechanic. It is a little bit tucked back from the road and not a ton of signage, but worth it if you need someone in the area.
