So I asked her to go to Tire Warehouse, where they confirmed as much, and patched it for nothing. Pretty sure they refused to charge her. Interpersonal skills somewhat lacking. Did not inspire a lot of confidence. (2) Was recommended new tires (Nexen CP672) that should not have been recommended. Researched afterwards and found that reviews were unanimous in that these tires were not to be used in wintry conditions. I live in Vermont, so will try to survive the next two or three winters before replacing.   (3) Was not informed about waiting area (hidden behind row of tires). Instead, sat on dirty worker's chair outside of building. (4) Advertisement on counter says free check of battery, brake lines, belts, fluids, filters, and more. Upon inquiry, however, told that Tire Warehouse only checks battery. That's false advertising. Will try Brattleboro Tire next time.
