The communication was professional, and they were very accommodating when I needed to get rescheduled. I had requested for their move out cleaning services, and was very impressed on how they left my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The appliances were left spotless, the windows and blinds were dust free, and the bedroom and bathrooms were super clean! They were able to clean everything in about 4 hours or so, which in my mind is pretty fast. They were all super nice and friendly! If you're looking for family owned cleaning service to hire for your home, I highly recommend Sparkle Cleaning!

I had high hopes for this cleaning service but in the end, they were incredibly unprofessional…read more They came to my home to provide a quote of $220.00 for the initial cleaning, and $160 for weekly cleaning thereafter. I offered $300 for the initial cleaning but $140 per week thereafter, as that better fit our budget, and they agreed. They came out as scheduled for the initial cleaning and I paid them $300. Our house looked nice, and took the two of them right around 4 hours to complete the job, time stamped by text messages from them, which breaks down to $75 dollars per hour or $37.50 per person, per hour. That seemed high but because they claimed to be willing to work with me on the weekly rate, I didn't balk. They thanked me for prompt payment and told me they looked forward to cleaning for me the following week. When it came time for the next weekly cleaning, they were running late, and needed to let me know they would not make it that day, but could try to fit me in the following day. I didn't want them to rush so I proposed skipping that week and, yet again I would pay the 2x monthly price of $180 since it would be 2 weeks between cleaning. It was agreed and I was promised my home would be a priority moving forward. The day of the next scheduled cleaning came and it was no call, no show. I reached out for an update several times, and finally asked for a refund of the amount I paid over the initial quote, considering they did not own up to our agreement. I was refused, saying that $220 was only an estimate, and it would have been $300 anyway once they began cleaning, despite the fact that her and her partner both walked through my entire home for an accurate quote, and no other cleaning company I reached out for an estimate, came in at that hourly rate. They did a decent job cleaning, the one time they actually showed up, but the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to provide a partial refund when they did not own up to their agreement, and utter lack of any attempts to correct the situation, is extremely disappointing.

My husband hired this team as a gift for me. My specific instructions were for a deep cleaning...as…read moredeep if a clean before moving out. We had two prospective companies come give us estimates. Sierra Nevada's estimate was $450 or $45/hr for 10 hours (3 people cleaning) I wanted a full deep clean of entire downstairs and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The other company estimate was $267, and for what I wanted (DEEP CLEAN) that seemed too low. We hired Sierra Nevada. And when I say "we" I mean my husband. This was a gift for me from him because he just had major surgery and I tore my hip labram 1 week before, I am also raising my 9 month old grandson. I have a lot on my plate and my husband was trying to clear a big part off of it. I was who they met at the door and I thought I would give them extra explanation to what I meant for a "DEEP CLEAN" but they literally stared at me and asked "do you need anything" Looking back that was my moment to explain to them exactly what I wanted but in the moment I felt like I was unwanted (This is a product of my autism, and not their fault in anyway) I told the staff that if they had questions where rhey could find me and they started cleaning. They were very prompt and arrived at their exact scheduled time of 9am (earlier actually to unload their equipment) and I was impressed. They cleaned until 12:30pm and checked in with Jeff before they left. Nothing was ever really said to me, and maybe this was the downfall because I usually ask many questions but I was leaving this all tk my husband, as I said this was a gift from him and I shouldn't have to interfere. My precursory walk around my home was impressive, the main things I had on my list were cleaned...spare bathroom shower was perfection. All the kitchen appliances were spotless. My heart felt really good. During this time I was also spending time in bed recovering from a serious injury to my hip, but slowly I was using the spaces cleaned by Sierra Nevada House Cleaning and noticing how much was missed. But I thought I was nitpicking. The most concerning and unusual thing was when I used my garbage disposal and found 3 little weird chunks of glass. I honesrly couldnt figure out where they came from. Until I used my microwave several days later and realized there was an inch chunk missing from the plate. That's when I asked my husband to reach out. I didn't know the policy was to reach out in a certain amount of time. So we passed that and there is nothing this company can do to help us. Which is...ok, fine. So basically we paid $450 (plus $75 tip) for 3 cleaners from 9am-12:30pm to clean 650sqft (2.5 baths, kitchen/dining room, living room, stairway/hallway) They broke part of our microwave, left huge scuff marks on our front door and above our cabinets, left a sticky brown stain next to the main bathroom toilet, did not clean 2/3 of the kitchen counter tops, and left the walls and stair banister untouched. When my husband reached out, Jocelyn let him know that he had not asked for the "EXTRA DEEP CLEAN" and let me just say this man had no idea there was a different level to the deep clean. He was offered a cleaning, deep clean, or move out clean. What do you think this man chose with his best knowledge and love in his heart? That's right...deep clean. So...this was a very long way to say don't use this service. I was excited and hopeful and happy to pay premium to walk downstairs and feel like my home is as clean as the day I moved in. Instead they spent tons of time organizing areas that I didn't want touched and left the banister and walls dirty and broke my microwave.

I honestly don't remember exactly how I found Maria, I want to say it was through craigslist. After speaking to Maria and receiving a quick quote, I found her prices to be very reasonable for what she was offering. The time frame I was given was roughly 4 hours and there were roughly 3-4 ladies to help clean. They worked on everything from the outside spider webs, to wiping the chandelier, and the oven. They did an awesome move out clean for me along with being flexible with my schedule, heck they even also found things that I thought were lost forever. I highly recommend Maria and her gals for any cleaning needs/services. The price and quality is well worth it.

He installed a pergola, removed a stubborn stump on the side of my house, built and repaired fence/gates, has done concrete work, electrical, installed ring doorbell, hung up solar lights for me ( I have COPD and cannot do much anymore, so he has been a god send). He is not afraid of rough jobs, and no job is too small or too large. I was amazed that he was able to fix the ginormous stump issue i had at the side of the house, after a tree company took only the obvious stump out, they would not pursue the giant roots that were pushing the concrete walkway 3 feet in the air, so that you could not access my PGE meter very easily. He flattened out the concrete, and put in a wide fence. This solved my issue of how i would get a hot tub into the back yard. He is a problem solver, a miracle worker, and a good friend to me now. If you call anyone, you better call him. you will be happy you did. He has come to the rescue of many a problem that even professionals did not fix correctly for me. Even plumbing nightmares.
