I was literally so excited about coming here!! I didn't realize I was still early (I came 13 minutes before they actually opened) but the owners let me in anyways. They were so nice and welcoming!! I didn't see that they had a meal combo option but the cashier pointed it out to me so that's what I got. I got the potato dog, the kimchi seasoned fries and a pineapple slush. This restaurant has specials on Uber that they don't honor. Don't fall for it! I went to Uber Eats to order and there was a BOGO offer listed for a corn dog (see photo)- I don't normally frequent this place but decided to get it since there was a special offer (or so I thought). I selected the BOGO offer and went to pick it up, when I arrived there was only one corn dog in the bag. I asked the worker and she directed me to a man who I believe was a manager. He said he didn't know anything about a BOGO since they don't have an offer like that and that it wasn't his problem. I showed him on my phone and on the receipt (see photo) where it showed a BOGO but he turned around and continued what he was doing and ignored me. Normally corn dogs are good here but this last time, all 4 were burnt . Didn't realize it until I opened the bag which was disappointing. I tried calling the store to resolve the issue but the phone number says it's not in service. Need to make a long story short. I had to point a sign to order a classic beef Kdog no ketchup. Ten minutes after watching the lady put mustard and ketchup on a dog, she walked over and called my number. I said mine was no ketchup. She walked over to my table and handed it to me. I said no ketchup. She picked it up and walked over to the man. He came to counter and said something inteligible. I said I just didn't want ketchup. He pointed to the sign and said I needed to read the recipe. Then he opened the till, gave me my $5 back and took the dog to the back. ‍ Apparently you cannot ask them to leave a condiment off although it just involves not picking up the ketchup and squirting it on your order. read more

Long story short: I've had better at Oh K-Dog in Austin. Details: We ordered a 5 piece mega box, kimchi fries, and dirty fries so we got to try all their popular dogs and sides. We picked up our food through ubereats so I can't say much about the customer service other than they had our order ready on the counter and gave us five free waters. The ambience was really bright and colorful but there was only one table so beware. All the food tasted like old grease like they needed to change the grease. We were disappointed in the small amount of dirty and kimchi fries you get. The dogs were bland and the side that came with it was just okay, we ended up liking mustard better. It was dirty sauce(tasted sweet), spicy sauce(tasted exactly the same but a tiny bit spicy) and garlic ranch(tasted creamy but not good to me). I can't rate the dogs because they pretty much all tasted the same but slightly different. The potato had nice texture, the rice dog rice was unnecessary and bland, spicy wasn't spicy, the two hands dog sauce was good but looked unappetizing, the classic dog was better than the rice dog. Overall they were crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside. They need to turn the temperature of the grease down and replace it with clean grease. I will not be back but it's a nice concept and good variety. read more

I only tried their traditional Korean Dog and ate it with mustard (no sauces or sugar), that's as bold as I could get. I am not a real fan of corn dogs to begin with, but what I tried I really enjoyed! The kimchi fries are the best; not sure how they fry, but the fries are light and crispy and the kimchi flavor puts them over the top. The people are very polite and nice and seem to be interested in making sure your experience is a good one. I would recommend this place as somewhere you should definitely at least try. read more

We stopped in to try this restaurant for the first time and they did not disappoint! we got 3 different combinations and all were good - but the classic Korean corn dog rolled in sugar was my favorite! and who knew kimchi fries were so spicy delicious? I was a bit disappointed with this place... I came in expecting a fresh Korean corn dog from this newly opened place! I ordered two spicy dogs (one with spicy mayo, one with no spicy mayo). During the time of my visit, the place was not at all busy. While I was seeing another customers order being prepped, I noticed that on their spicy dog, only 1/4 surface of the corn dog was actually getting Cheetos on it... not the whole surface as advertised. I surely then was served my two dogs with both being 1/4 surfaced with hot Cheetos... this was pretty disappointing as I've had many Korean corn dogs before with the whole surface being covered in the Cheetos. There was no attempt to have the corn dog covered in Cheetos either (only just the 1/4, that the young lady brushed a sauce onto the surface getting the Cheetos to attach to the corn dog). Again, this makes me disappointed, there was no reason to pay a higher dollar for a poorly, cold-crafted "spicy Cheeto covered" corn dog! very bummed :/ read more
