I've noticed this on more than one visit, particularly when the restaurant fills up. I also rarely see much of a manager presence on the floor. I think that makes a difference, especially during busy periods when the staff could use some extra support and guests are waiting for attention. Overall, I'm still a fan. The food is excellent and the experience starts strong. I just wish they could maintain that same level of service through the very end of the meal, especially when things get busy.
