A few years ago, I didn't pack enough warm things, and it was surprisingly cold on this trip, I was looking at the outside early in the morning trying to see when it would open so I could get a good thick hoodie. A man leaned out of his car to ask if he could help me. I said I was just looking to see when it would open so I could get a heavy pull over. The man in the car was the owner and opened an hour early just to help me out. THAT stuck in my mind as going above and beyond.

I grabbed one after looking over what they had to offer and became a bit confused. See, even though they share a wall/business you don't know that when you first walk in here. Each side is set up to take business and payment. At the time of my visit there was no indication on what to do when you were ready to pay. In the end, we figured it out, but still, the confusion of it all. While we were figuring out what to do for payment, we took that time to browse the rest of what they had to offer on this side of the wall. From hoodies to stuffed animals you could find here. Some with town names, some without. Signs to hang on your wall, and a lot of other items you would find in a beach town souvenir shop. On our visit here, we had to go next door to Lewes Wear to pay. This spot was honestly an extension of next door, just more focused on clothing. The gentleman working that day was very pleasant and we were out of there in no time.

Well displayed, stock was maybe a bit overwhelming, it is well lit. If you have the time, you can definitely lose track of it in here. As a Shakshuka lover who has spent time in Israel I am quite picky about my Shakshuka but I can confidently say I was pleasantly surprised by this one and enjoyed every bite! The beef soup was a bit bland unfortunately but the salmon toast has copious amounts of salmon and was delicious. The maple veggies were also wonderful. The pistachio honey latte was perfectly balanced not being overly sweet. Service was nothing to note as you seat yourself and get your own food here but staff was nice. Ambiance was alright, we had to sit out in the patio area which while heated was a less than desirable location to eat but it wasn't bad.
