The reason for the low rating is the incredible difficulty in getting a response from Julian. Prior to the event, I reached out several times and didn't get a response. I started to think, they might not show up! After the event, I wanted to add gratuity for the staff and emailed 3 times so that it could be added to the final bill, but I did not receive a single response.
