We called a month ago and made an appointment to drop our 1st vehicle off. On the line making the appointment I explained that I had 5 vehicles I would like checked out. So he stated to bring the Truck in first. We dropped off the truck. (While on the phone I explained the vehicle needs to be jump started, that the fan goes, and that it needed an inspection). The truck was there for a week. We called to pick it up and were told it was ready. Spent $324 for ThermoStat housing, Temp Sensor and labor. Sent my daughter to pick the car up. She was told that it needed a new battery and it would not pass inspection until it had one. That she would have to jump start it if it didn't start. My husband called and was told to call in the am. I called and I was told that I had WAY too many people handling the car. Meanwhile, multiple people had no clue and we were told it was missed. I was also told we don't even know who the Crosstrek is. He was very off-putting. From one local business to another, this was an awlful experience and it wasn't cared about. I was told I'd come pick up the car after I felt belittled.. and he goes. " Good, thats fine by me, I don't care.". I care very much about my clients, or customers. I just thought that with such high reviews, we would find a place to take care of our family cars for years. ( we wanted local).

Well my GF recommended Expertech she told me they always did all her work and inspections. I needed some work done and was working 10 12 hrs a day at new job and just didn't have time to do it myself. Expertech took it rt in and gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. when I got home that night my car was all set and charged me less then what he estimated me couldn't be happier. I would do lower if I could......where to begin....new to the state of NH...regsitered my car - and…read moreneeded an inspection. Sounds easy enough. I was just inspected a few months ago in RI - have always brought my car to the dealer for all servicing and have followed the recommended schedule from Subaru and have done every suggested item my dealer has suggested. I was just at the dealer for 4 new tires (recommended) a wheel alignment, and oil service. I'm assuming the inspection will be a lay-up. Not so fast. The expertise here noted some movement in the rear right suspension - and for $750 they'd be happy to fix it. Having just had the car looked at - and no such problem noted - I opted to go back to my dealer with what they folks at VIP cited. I asked them to fix if there was a problem. My dealer called me and said - we don't mind fixing something that is broke - but you don't have any problems with your rear right suspension. I asked that to be put in writing - they said no problem. I called VIP and informed them. They asked to see it in writing and then I would be issued my inspection sticker. I had to schedule a new appointment fot this meeting - and when I arrived - lo and behold - my Subaru authorized dealer's written word was not acceptable. I had an authorized Subaru dealer with certified subaru mechanics review the car. They stated in writing that the car met all Subaru requirements and there was no excessive wear in any of the suspension. I presented this paper to them. Nope, not good enough - they know better. They imply in words and actions that they know Subaru standards better than a subaru dealer and their certified mechanics. They suggest I find another dealer - a not so nice man in beard just about threatened me and stormed off when I stated they went back on their word. Well - I am opting for a different place to complete the inspection. I will never, ever, ever recommend this place to anyone. In fact - I will go out of my way to share this experience with anyone and everyone. You can't fix dumb - and then toss in stubborn and ignorant. Best of luck to anyone who goes to this place.

We were on our way back to Maine from Canada & suddenly our check engine light came on and the car…read morestarted acting a bit funny. We found this place on google maps & pulled in to get some oil. When my husband asked the employee if they might be able to take a look at it, they amazingly went and pulled a gentleman away from weed whacking to come help us! Haha The young man was incredible; took a look at the car, checked the codes, talked to us about possible issues, and double checked our oil. He didn't charge us and helped us get back on our way without any dashboard lights threatening the last legs of our trip. Incredibly kind and great service. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
