I got stranded and had to have it repaired by a Ford dealership so I could safely get home before the ice storm that was coming. The Ford dealership put in writing that the damage was consistent with Wells River Chevy Dealership's mistake, and I have all repair invoices, photos, and documentation. This dealership is refusing to take responsibility or reimburse me for their negligence. I am lucky I was not seriously injured due to their mistake. They have left me with no other option than to pursue legal recourse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

They have given me multiple reasons to why they won't. All of them involved me purposely sabotaging my truck. That was over four months ago. My truck is still locked in one of their bays. I don't have $9100 dollars to fix it because I'm still making my monthly payments on the truck. I am currently working with a lawyer but I don't see an end in site. I am now being threatened with legal recourse because if my post regarding this issue. In my opinion it's just another example of big business steam rolling over the little guy because let's face it. He did a road check on my car and explained what the problem was. He also reassured me that it would be safe to drive home and have my mechanic look at it in a few days. I cannot say enough positive things about his willingness to help a stranger in need. If I lived in the area I would certainly go to his repair shop when in need.

I pick the car up and I get told all 4 of my brakes need to be changed as they are "metal to metal all around". i knew that was not true because no way did all 4 pads go bad on the car after having brakes done all around less than 5K miles prior. fast forward to having a different mechanic look at it and one corner was bad due to a stuck caliper. all other pads were just about brand new. would recommend for tires but be very cautious of being upsold a service you don't need

I dropped my car off to get my winter tires put on, oil change & wheel alignment.... It was at 11:00 am... waited for a call like usual never got one..they close at 4:00 pm.. 3:30 I called only to be told I was called many times.. I asked him what number.. he claimed he was given the wrong cell number..Being a 10 year customer I know my information is in the system.. when questioned about that I was told they upgraded to a new system 2 years ago.. my response was I'd taken both of my cars there within that time frame.. So lies!! After all that I was presented with a 300.00 plus bill due to a stud breaking off allegedly.. I thought if you broke an item during a service you should have to fix it.. not add another 80.00 dollars to my bill. I will never set foot in this location again as the service is terrible.. I'll take my business to the Littleton location as I like VIP.. I just won't be treated like this by the folks in the Woodsville location!!!

These guys really are as good as it gets! The work itself is always excellent (including diagnosis…read moreof tough problems) but what makes them truly special is the character and dedication of the people who work there. They'll never try to talk you into something expensive that you don't need--instead, they'll suggest ways to make it cost less--and their customer service is amazing. They primarily work on cars & trucks, but as I understand it, their work isn't limited to that; as far as I know, the only thing they don't do (or at least don't do yet) is tires. Check whether or not your problem has an engine attached to it, and if it does, call them. They're trustworthy, patient, friendly, and just plain the best in the area at what they do! If you're anywhere even vaguely nearby, they're worth the drive... or the tow, as the case may be.

I went down today to deal with my sons car that b&b towed on dec 22 today is may 6 I wanted to know…read moreif my kids car was worth fixing or salvage the motor and what ever was left good on it well the car was trashed so this car has been sitting all this time with valuables in it ripe for the taking and the guys at b&b new everything that was in it yet not one thing was taken and one thing in the car I thought for sure would be gone was still in the center console worth 300 dollars min I asked him if he new what was in the console he said for sure he saw it in there I let him know how dam honest this company and he is if you want your car truck or whatever towed by this company you can relax your valuables are safe and on top of this he told me the state trooper was taking things out of my sons car on the night of dec22 the cop was taking guns from this car but them too the state trooper told us the next day that they wanted his guns safe nice job and this is the same trooper that got in a major car crash with me we both should have been killed in that one thanks trooper laclair

I made the mistake of ignoring my brake light for months and months and by the time I took my car…read moreto get an oil change, the service center humans yelled at me and gave me an INSANE quote to get them fixed. I, being the defiant human being that I am, called up a few places and got a few quotes and, luckily, I called up Mike's Garage and Brie picked up. She was by far the friendliest voice on the other end of the phone and their quote was by far the cheapest, so I put my car in drive, crossed my fingers that I'd make it (my brakes were really bad) and drove over. I was greeted with sunshine & happiness and they fixed my brakes quickly. My car stops when I hit the brakes now. I couldn't be more grateful. I can't wait for something else to go wrong so I can call them up and see them again.
