We found G.R.S Auto service where Gary and Wayne took us right in and quickly found the problem. Once said and done with a more than fair bill, we were on our way to our destination. Service like this is hard to find these days. We were at a disadvantage and could have easily been taken advantage of but not these guys. I got stranded and had to have it repaired by a Ford dealership so I could safely get home before the ice storm that was coming. The Ford dealership put in writing that the damage was consistent with Wells River Chevy Dealership's mistake, and I have all repair invoices, photos, and documentation. This dealership is refusing to take responsibility or reimburse me for their negligence. I am lucky I was not seriously injured due to their mistake. They have left me with no other option than to pursue legal recourse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

We managed to limp into Bumper to Bumper on a wing and a prayer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Jay Oulette, the owner, was the nicest guy imaginable. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and was on the phone ordering the part he needed right after that. We have a foreign vehicle, and it was a custom engine part. Part arrived quickly, and as soon as the engine cooled down enough to do the work, it was fixed in under an hour. $110 for the part, $60 for the labor, and we were back on the road! If this shop were in Boston we would never take our work anywhere else! Thanks Jay!!!
