Monica is serenely rude and kept justifying that I got this great deal on the bike and not focusing on the fact they didn't disclose damage on the motorcycle and failed to make a single attempt to make it right To add to Monica's response, the scratch is not able to be buffed. Just another lie. To say I didn't want the bike? Why would anyone run around and go through the motions and hassle to purchase a bike, wire money just to return it? Yea that makes zero sense. The fact is you all sold a bike without disclosing damage. Justifying a negotiated price based on an offer should not discount the fact that the bike had damage that was not disclosed. That's the simple truth and sadly Monica and the company do not stand behind their products they sell. Their attitude was at first I lose on my shipping expense but after some arguing they agreed to reimburse for shipping and pick up the bike, rather than offering any assistance to make the sale right.
