Called my local HD in Pawtucket and their service department wasn't even giving out appointments. Called Russ' and they said they prioritize warranty work and to drop it off when I could. I drove right over. To my surprise, they said they would look at it to make sure it wasn't a setting error before actually checking it in for service. Sure enough, they switched the setting and corrected the error. I was out of there in 10 minutes. They're now my dealer for everything. In early Spring of this year I purchased a 2024 Tri Glide, got a nice deal on both the price of the trike and add ons including luggage rack, bumper, etc. Great sales experience! 6 weeks later I took delivery. Prior to delivery I also purchased handlebars, heated grips & extended cables and lines. OSHD Parts Staff was FANTASTIC in helping me chose the parts both HD and aftermarket. I enjoy doing my own maintenance and installs. However, I had a couple of questions during the install of the handlebars which OSHD Service Techs provided me with the info I needed. When the Service Tech says that they will call you back, The actually do! Kudos to them. Lastly, when I brought my Trike in for it's 1000 mile checkup the Service tech made several adjustments correcting some factory settings! Very haapy with service! Added note: I keep my trike immaculate and when I got it back from Service it was spotless. Not even a fingerprint! read more

I really wanted to like this place.... I've been to a number of Harley locations, and after coming here from Mike's Famous location in New London, this place seemed like heaven!! My issue is with the parts department. The gear is over priced for the quality, and the bikes sell themselves, so parts are really where a store should shine. I know you can find the parts cheaper online, but my logic was that it's worth spending more just to have experienced folks making sure you're getting everything you need and give you tips along the way. Unfortunately what I've been dealing with steadily for the last four months is anything but.... It started with buying rotors and pads. They were the wrong kind. They didnt ask what kind I needed, but at the same time I didnt specify either. Annoying to drive an hour back out but whatever. A week later I decided to add two auxiliary lights on the front of my bike. I tell them precise information and say it twice. I need all parts to them because there's nothing but the mounting bar there now. First time they told me my order was ready, the housings were in but no bulbs. Even though I paid for them. Also, they only ordered one trim ring instead of two... Obviously I needed 2 trim rings for the two housings.... When I told the parts guy this, he scoffs and says 'well you clearly didn't specify'.... So again, whatever it's fine. At least I can get started with the wiring while the bulbs and trim ring come in. 2 weeks later they finally come in!! I go to install the bulbs and the fit is way too loose. So I pull up a diagram of the whole assembly because obviously something very wrong is happening within their parts department and I can no longer trust them.. They forgot to order the gasket that fits in between the bulb and the housing...... This time I'm getting pissed and decide to let the general manager know that their reputation is plummeting with me and all my friends. After I give her a proper rant, making sure I'm not just complaining, her entire defense is based on the fact that they are not responsible for something I didn't specifically ask for.... And even better, is the parts guy I've been dealing with calls me after, and with reaaall harsh attitude tells me the same thing. This guy is a real tool by the way. Older guy with a tragically un-ironic nautical star tattoo and a mood the screams 'I've worked here for way too long'. SO long story made longer, after 3 months and 4 trips there, I finally have auxiliary lights lol. I should've stopped there... But they were all kind to me that last time I was there to pick up the gaskets! They all recognized me and clearly wanted to make things right in some sense. So before I check out, I asked a different guy if he could grab me a new spring for my kickstand. Its for a 2015 Road King Police. I told him that twice. Get home, AND ITS THE WRONG SPRING. To the parts department. I promise you my job is harder than yours, and have less coworkers, and less organization, and I make far fewer mistakes. I know how to forgive and things happen, I understand. But after 4 months of nothing but drawn out mistakes, I'm done. You are all literally pathetic people working retail. It's a real shame to admit that this would have gone smoother if I had done my own research and ordered online, instead of trusting 'The Pros' Oh and lastly. I've spent well over 1k here, and towards the end HD started a promotional that if you spend over 300 dollars you get a free waterproof duffle bag. So I mentioned this when I went to pick up the lightbulbs, but I guess they don't participate in HD's promotions. What the hell is the point if you don't participate in them?! I asked then if they could hook me up with anything instead, and they gave me a reaaaaally cheap frisbee lol. I plan on taping a brick to this frisbee and chucking it through their window. Cheers. Fellas too The clothes, helmets, boots omg the jackets I dream about the jackets in my sleep lol I'm by no means a small girl but my frame is petite especially my shoulders so jackets usually have to be tailored so I don't look Like I'm rocking shoulder pads Not here! They carry a variety to suit all body types My mother (also a rider) has very wide shoulders and she just got an AMAZING jacket it's like a 3 in 1 for 120$ (on clearance) They are pricy, be forewarned, but there is a clearance section and the quality matches the price The staff is great, super friendly and didn't try to rush us out or even mention the store was closed while we were still shopping Great place read more

They installed my Vance & Hines exhaust but they won't give me a RI inspection sticker because they said "my bike has strait pipes", no kidding you guys did the work!?! Lol!! After spending a tad over $1800.00 in service, I questioned the charge to replace the brake pads on my RG Ultra, mind you the reason I questioned the charge was because I also had my tires replaced. (Calipers need to be removed in order to remove the wheels), so I questioned why the additional .8 hours to replace pads. Was told that that is the book time. I understand that dealerships rely on book time charges to make a profit, but do not agree being charged twice for a service that is also required to perform another. My point is if I had just gone in for brake pads, then I would be charged for that service, however I already was charged to remove the components under my tire replacement. Let me state that I was quoted the price prior to the service being performed, and agreed to the charges, paid for the service agreement in full, received my paperwork, and at this point I questioned the additional charges, not to argue but to get an understanding. I stated that I felt the additional (book time) fees were a way of taking advantage of someone. (This is where my review begins.) The service writer Amy starts to swear, yell, insult my wife, telling me that I am no longer welcome back there for service, and to have someone else service "my piece of shit". Well to Amy I say no problem, I will no longer spend hundreds of dollars on apparel, I will no longer spend thousands on service, and I will definitely never recommend your dealership to anyone. read more

When it comes to any kind of a sales/merchant interactions, Ideally, you'd go to a place with great products, fair prices, and quality individuals. Never in my life have I come across such a combination of the three. It's unfortunately been long enough that I don't recall the names of the family that owns this store--despite the fact that they imparted on me one of the most human and generous experiences of my life--and my notebook which would have their names was stolen from me recently. Allow me to recount this from top to bottom to utterly sell you on why you should--and I will--shop here forever and always for your future motorcycle needs even if you are across the country (california here. And I AM traveling back here on a stopover from Europe just to return!). Firstly, I reached out to store my bike here while I went to Europe for a short trip. The price was extremely fair and, since it's a proper shop, I didn't have to drain my tank like you would in self-storage and they kept my battery tended. Well, I hit bad traffic and they were so patient and gave me no trouble though I needed to arrive an hour and a half after they closed. AND they gave me a ride to the airport that night and offered to store some other goods I had mounted to the bike. (I had just finished the IBA 1500mile and a cross-country trip so a fair amount of gear). We had some great chats about traveling and beautiful parts of the US on our way. Fast-forward to the return: I arrived back late Fall to New England incredibly broke due to some misfortune in Europe and was not equipped to camp outside having geared for only camping on the summer West-to-East part of the journey. They offered me some food and a thick bag to use for the night and pointed me to a smart place to sleep at the far edge of the property. If i recall correctly, they were even contemplating getting me inside somewhere and sending me off with some warmer layers for the journey south. This business is a fairy-tale place of business and I look forward to making a detour from absolutely anywhere in the world to interact with this amazing group of individuals. Cared for me as well as they cared for my bike and they've done such a great job at preserving some great history. All of that AND it's a Harley shop! Does it get any better?! read more

Do they know what they are doing? Had to replace fender on trike, they put in 2 regular bolts instead of the 6 it takes. no wonder it vibrates like jello. Had them put on screaming eagle exhaust. Inspection time couldn't do it, too loud. If this place sells them inspect them. i would not bring my tricycle to them for work. Might be good for clothing but repair work sucks. read more
